FLOORING FACTORY OUTLET

The whole job was a nightmare. The price quote was about $300 lower than a more reputable flooring installer, but to save money, I went with Flooring Factory Outlet. They didn't measure correctly, didn't take in to account the different heights of thresholds and had to come up with a terrible workaround after they stripped the existing flooring. The sales person was extremely rude and unprofessional. While they finally installed the floor, it looks terrible and I'll probably have to cover it up with carpet before I can sell the house. Everytime I walk into the bedroom, I want to call a lawyer to sue them.

I went to every single tile showroom in town, and they all carried basically similar products. Their service seemed to be more friendly. They were helpful. They had really good prices on their tile.

Flooring Factory Outlet was very helpful. Our salesman worked with us on ways to save money and materials to use. The overall price for materials was great. Our installer was recommended to us through Flooring Factory Outlet. He was on time and completed the work on time. There was an extra $150 added on for additional material. The work looked great except for one spot where we had loose grouting. Our only issue was when the job was done, the installers rinsed their equipment off in the driveway and over a brick sidewalk, leaving grout everywhere. Overall, we were satisfied with the work performed.

I waited all day for days and they just had one excuse after another. They promised the guy would be here and he never showed. If they were honest, I would not of had to wait all day. When I originally went there they had a big beautiful showroom. They showed me pictures and had great customer service. Afterwards was bad. Until this day, I am still fighting about the bill. It was supposed to be $510 for the floor and $95 to break up the entryway. When I got the bill, it was doubled. It has been a long time and they just finally took off the $510. I am still fighting for the rest of it. I showed the bill to the general manager and he snatched it out of my hand and made a copy of it. It was ridiculous.

I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the job. I went back and spoke with the salesman and told him of the problems I ran into, he said he would contact his manager and that has been about two months ago now. I have never heard back from them.
