FARA ORIENTAL RUGS

I purchased a carpet which they delivered. I let them that I was not happy with hardwood floors, and they gave me a bid to buff the floors, cover the spots and scratches, apply a coat of polyeurathane. In hindsight, I think the job was underbid. The subcontractor seemed to imply this, and subsequent quotes confirm it. The application of poly was full of bubbles. After I complained to Fara's, the men returned to correct the problem. They tried to buff it, and the poly started to come off like a bad sunburn. I requested a refund which I received promptly. I may have to pay double to have the problem corrected. I'm in the process of reviewing my options. I need to do a better job of vetting the companies that I use. I'm new to the area, so I don't have established contacts and relationships to rely on.

Fara Oriental Rugs were just wonderful to deal with. The sales people were nice and helpful. They didn't try to pressure sale me at all. They had what I wanted. They brought out about ten rugs to my house that I was trying to choose. They laid each one down for me to see which one I liked. I would rather not say the price that I paid.
