 + -1 moreI feel like if they can not return calls promptly they cannot work on my treadmill.
Description of Work: I called them, they gave me another number to call. I called Rod and he eventually called me back. I have not been able to contact them since then.

 + -1 moreI could not get ahold of him. I tried contacting him, to no avail. After finally reaching him I asked for my money back. He said ok, and hung up the phone. It took filing a grievance through Paypal to get my money back. I did not hear from him after this. It took a total of 4 weeks to get my money back.
Description of Work: I gave him money through Paypal. I had trouble getting through to him about delivery.
