Best experience i've had in awhile. We've had some pretty bad experiences in the last year with our bathroom remodel that left us shaking our heads. But not this time. John was very pleasant and interested in communication, appointment and in the end a phone call making sure we were pleased. And i thought customer satisfaction was dead. He didn't sound as if he would have a crew available the next day but knowing i was off work that day he went out of his way to make sure some guys would get freed up. The workers that showed up right on time took great care setting up their ladders and every aspect of the job. I pointed out a shingle that had flipped up elsewhere and they fixed it for me at no extra charge. They even asked if had any paint that matched the colors of the other two vent fans and sure enough i had some. They painted the fan to match the others. One of the few times i had nothing to do when a contractor left my property...they cleaned up everything. Very Pleased!

Contacted Excellent roofing to get a quote from him to removing my existing roof on my home and detached garage. His quote was very competitive with the other quotes i have seen. His proposal was very professional. I awarded him the work and we discussed multiple time on when he would be able to come out and do the roof. It took approximately 1.5 months after award of work for his crew to come and do the roof. This was OK by me since our current roof was not leaking and they had to come down to Horn Lake to complete the work. The weather played a major role in the timing because of the distance he did not want to mobilize the crews if they could not get it done without a rain delay. This was fine by me. The crews were neat and cleaned up at the end of each day and did a through cleaning prior to leaving the job site. I found 1 nail in the floor bed they missed and 1 nail cap. I thought that was pretty good for the amount of roofing that was done. After completion of the roof Jon came out and inspected everything and gave me my warranty for the labor and materiel. We have had several storms with high winds and rain since the install and no leaks have been detected. I would highly recommend Excellent roofing for any roof work coming up.

Excellent Roofing did a great job for us. This was an extensive job as they had to first remove two sets of old shingles. They were very efficient in getting the job done and took special care to clean up the worksite each day as well as when the project was complete. They also worked in a very professional manner from start to finish. While I could have gotten the job done a little cheaper I still gave them an A rating for price. That's because I believe my maintenance costs will be lower over time as a result of their very high quality work.

They did an excellent job. I noticed the work they had done for my neighbor. They actually went up in my attic and covered everything so that it would not be damaged by the dust of them walking on the roof. They offered me a 50 year warranty. They also covered up everything in my yard so that nothing was damaged. They cleaned up after themselves well. They did a fantastic job. They were very efficient.

We filed an insurance claim and got approval to replace our roof. We contacted 3 roofing companies for bids. We chose Excellent Roofing because they were willing to upgrade to architectural shingles and they used better shingles than the "builder grade" that the other companies use. They brought color samples and nailed them to our roof so that we could pick the color we wanted. They had a large crew who worked on our roof for 3 days. They did a beautiful job, were very courteous, and cleaned up the area every day so that we could park in our driveway at night. We did a walk around with the foreman every day so he could show us the work they completed. They replaced some siding and wood around the house as well. We were very happy with all the work they did.

We had a pretty bad experience with the company who replaced our roof 8 years ago or so, and were dreading having to deal with it again. Owner Travis Kee responded promptly to my inquiry, came out to look at our problem the next day and gave us an estimate that afternoon for repairing a portion of our roof. He was very straightforward yet patient, as it was probably pretty evident how soured we were on dealing with contractors. Travis came out to do the work with his crew, and made sure to communicate with my husband (and me, even!) about everything he was doing, explaining the processes and any hiccups, showing us the progress and pointing out other potential issues without a hard sell. He worked with us to stay within the parameters of our budget and the job was completed efficiently and to our great satisfaction. Though we have been burned time and again over the years by contractors we have hired for repairs on our old home, Travis and his crew left us feeling infinitely better about our prospects when we need work done again. They are a shining example for the profession. Thanks!

We have a beautiful new roof. Travis and company did this huge job in 2 days and the roof looks and performs great. I've never seen straighter shingle lines. Travis had been out to see us a couple times to repair a nagging leak near our chimney. It became apparent that a larger repair was needed but we had so many layers of shingles on our roof that it was difficult to determine the leak source, so we went ahead with a new roof. Travis supervised and worked with his crew for the entire job and it is apparent that they are a professional and organized crew. They left the house and yard looking great, even taking the time to touch up some slight paint damage done to our siding in a couple spots during the roof-removal phase.

Travis was quick to respond and very professional. He recommended the right fix for our situation and didn't pressure us to spend $$ on replacing siding on a leaking dormer (we are needing to replace the siding on the whole house). He wouldn't take any money for his minor patch job and was very kind and honest. He does roofing and works with contractor's for home remodeling and he will definitely get our business when we get around to residing the house.

It went well, John very professional and friendly. Was able to answer all my questions and he is also made me feel very comfortable as well. There was no left over material to be found. They took call with them , didn't make a lot of noise. They did a great job and I truly appreciated him and his team as well .

When we added a porch years ago, the contractor never got the new roof around the chimney right. He came back twice to repair, but couldn't fix it permanently. I tried someone else - no luck, a couple months later the leak was back. Travis was our fourth try. I have waited this long to write this review to be sure the leak is really fixed. It is!! What I liked about Travis is that he told me up front that he could fix it temporarily for a lot less money, but agreed with me that "if you're gonna do something, do it right". Kee Roofing and Home Improvement will be doing all of my roof repairs from now on.

I would hire Travis again in a heartbeat and would have no problems at all recommending him to all my neighbors and closest friends. I called him in the morning and he was at my house by early afternoon. Since I had an extra bundle of shingles, Travis did the work on the spot. Not only did he do quality work, he explained everything he was doing while I sat up on the roof with him and watched. On a scale of 1 to 10 he gets a 10+.

Very good job! All of the workers were very productive and professional. They came in with a good size crew and got the job done in a satisfactory time frame without causing disruptions. John was great at explaining services, options, types of shingles etc. and provided a very detailed and specific written estimate. I would definitely use Excellent Roofing again.

After dealing with a few bad experiences with construction in the past, we were a little nervous going into a complete roof repair and replacement. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, beginning to the end, with Excellent Roofing. They were very professional, paid extreme attention to detail, and were very thorough. John, his foreman, and his crew were a pleasure to work with.

I found Kee Roofing and Home Improvement on Angie's List. Travis responded to my email question immediately and he came out the next day to look at my roof. The squirrels had eaten through my ridge vents on part of the roof. He was very honest. He told me he could tell my roof was new and did I have a warranty. I explained to him the awful time I had with the installer 2 years ago and I would never use them again. He also said he couldn't gaurantee that the squirrels wouldn't do the same thing again. He measured and quoted a price. He explained everything he would do. I hired him on the spot. He did the work himself and worked diligently until it was done. Cleanup was wonderful and he picked up loose nails in the grass where the debris lay. At the end of the day, I felt good about the money I spent, well worth it!

My experience with Kee Roofing could not have gone smoother. To start with, upon contacting Travis he quickly scheduled an appointment and inspected the extensive roof damage. After receiving a detailed repair quote from Travis and contacting others for inspections/repair proposals, I determined that Travis would do the best job.( He doesn?t cut corners!) After dragging my feet for a couple of days I noticed that the weather forecast was calling for torrential rain. With this information I promptly called Mr Kee to schedule the job. Due to the urgency to protect the interior of the house from water damage Travis quickly ordered the materials and began the repair the next day. Although I was out of town the day of the repair,Travis sent me numerous pictures showing step by step progression of the work. As well as completing the job at hand, the Kee crew went the extra mile and took care of a couple of other issues that were on the roof. The bottom line is Travis and his crew are reliable and accommodating, and do an outstanding job!

It did take some time for John to get me on the schedule (approx. 3 months) as they were very busy but once I got on the schedule they did a great job. They installed the vents and matched the color of the house making the transition look seamless. They installed the vents in approximately 4 hours time with a 2-man crew. I would deffinitely contact them again for future problems, issues, and projects. I also have no problem referring them to my friends .

Excellent Roofing did everything right. They had the correct equipment, the crew were very professional and friendly.. They cleaned up every night and never left my roof exposed to the elements. I've very hard to please, but they did.

This company was great, fast, very affordable, honest and up front. Excellent Roofing was great! I had a handy man look at the leak, he stated he fixed the problem. After some storms a week later, I learned that was untrue. We called the guy, never responded. I finally called a roofer. I was referred on to Excellent Roofing by a roofer not servicing my area (then a quick browse on reviews). It was surprising to hear him refer a competitor. John from Excellent Roofing, answered my first phone call. He came that week to fix the leak. They were very accommodating, due to my busy schedule. I came home from work after they had finished, I couldn't even tell someone had worked on my house. They had cleaned up everything, they didn't even damage the landscaping. John called 4 weeks later. Just to check in with the job and how the roof was doing. NO MORE LEAKING!!! finally. This company was great, fast, very affordable, honest and up front. they fixed a leak in my roof, replaced shingles, placed a water proof barrier and sealing it all up. When I asked him about the condition of the roof in general and how much longer it could last, he gave great advice. Some when that day comes, Excellent Roofing will be the guys who I call to do the job!

Excellent Roofing did a tremendous job. The crew was efficient, professional and very hard-working. They were very thorough with clean-up. They were very concerned about doing a good job. In my lifetime it has been necessary to replace the roof on three homes. My experience with Excellent Roofing was by far the best. My roof was a big job. It required removing all three of the roof layers and there were a lot of valleys and a significant amount of decking had to be replaced. Excellent Roofing did a great job. I was very impressed and would definitely hire Excellent Roofing again.

I found Excellent Roofing here on Angie's List and I am so glad!!! I had 3 of the top ranked companies come out to give me estimates. While Excellent Roofing was not the cheapest, the price was not too far outside of the others, especially considering the extras they provided that the other companies never even thought of. They bring their own port-a-potty, they completely covered the contents of my attic before they began the tear off, and they had a nifty little dumpster on a scissor lift that they used to catch all of the tear off and debris. All of the workers were very polite and hardworking. Everything was cleaned up to perfection when the job was done. I think Excellent Roofing certainly lives up to their name. I highly recommend them!

They were extremely professional. John the owner is very easy to get ahold of and talk to. They came in and laid tarp in the attic so nothing would get too dirty which was wonderful because that issue had not crossed my mind. I originally picked my own roof shingle color from Lowes but they suggested I look at another brand and they did a blind sample test with sample shingles on my roof and to my surprise I ended up picking the other brand because it looked so much better. They replaced all of our old skylights which were extremely outdated and even a custom skylight other roofing companies claimed they could not replace. They were extremely fast and very efficient. Left no trash behind and even brought their own potter potty! The only reason why our bill was a little high was due to the six skylights.
