We hired them but they haven't started the job yet. We had three people come out, and they were the most reasonable, by a long shot. Their professionalism is definitely better. Every time we've called, they've gotten back. As far as communication, they're perfect. My husband talked with them and he talks very, very highly of them.

Travis and his crew from Excellent Roofing are amazing. They discovered a good deal of damage underneath once old shingles torn off; I was quite upset, but they dove right in and worked diligently for the entire day and into the evening to get everything taken care of, then cleaned up every bit of debris and trash when finished. I feel very fortunate to have found them and would recommend them without hesitation.

The good folks at Excellent Roofing did an amazing job replacing a skylight window over our master bathroom. It was quick, the shingles match perfectly, and the quality of work is outstanding. At the last minute, I asked if they could also clean my gutters while they were on the roof. They took care of it without hesitation. Excellent Roofing has raised the bar on quality service. Great. Excellent job, easy to contact, fair price, professional. Job was completed on time and we were contacted to make sure everything went well. Brought edge strips early so we could prime and paint them before they were put up. They sent a video to show how they would install the roof and they followed the way it was shown.

The crew they sent out didn't speak English and I had a hard time. I would tell a friend to be bilingual.

This review is for Excellent Roofing and specifically Travis Kee and his crew. Travis and crew did a superb job in October of 2016 doing a complete tear off, needed decking replacement and new architectural roof job on my house, garage/garage apt and small shed. It was a very big job and Travis and his crew of approximately 10 men worked very diligently for four full days beginning at 7:00 and usually quitting around 6:00 PM. They were very conscientious and showed great attention to detail. They completed all the specific tasks I requested with excellent attitudes. They obviously were very experienced and took great care to perform all the necessary tasks as well as possible. They communicated very well with me and each other. My house is 97 years old with a lot of angles, ridges, valleys and special needs and it required extensive replacement of 1x6 decking. I expected some decking replacement but nowhere near what was necessary. The decking did increase the cost of the job but it was absolutely necessary as I saw personally for myself since I was on the roof with them each day. There are two parapet fully dressed limestone walls on the roof which required special attention to detail in the step flashing. They covered plants, grass and driveway with tarps. Cleanup was on-going every day. They ran the magnet for nails. Excellent attention to details. Travis gave me a detailed estimate on the front end and spent as much time as needed to answer any and all of my questions. Travis came out and did the estimate himself rather than send someone else. All measuring was direct; no satellite. I did talk with him several times on the phone verifying the details before accepting his bid. Each time he was very patient and informative and answered each and every one of my detailed questions in a highly professional manner. He always got back with him as he stated he would and always returned my calls promptly. I requested that Travis be on the job each day and he was there like clockwork. He has an excellent rapport with his men many of whom have worked with him for over 15 years; that says a lot in itself. The crew did an excellent cleanup job. I am very pleased with the work and the deportment of all of Travis’ crew. I can heartily recommend Travis, his crew and Excellent roofing for a home roofing job. I definitely trust Travis and his crew and give them my highest recommendation. They were great to have working on my house. OUTSTANDING!!! I had use Travis Key, the project manager, for another partial roof replacement several years earlier, and he and his crew did an outstanding job, and at a very competitive price. Travis has since joined the Excellent Roofing Company as a project manager. When I found Excellent Roofing, through Angie's List, it was Travis that came out to inspect my roof and give me a quote. The quote was significantly lower than the other companies that gave me quotes. It was so much lower that if it were from another company, I would have been suspect of the work that would be done. But because I was familiar with the work that Travis and his crew had done in the past, I was confident that they would do an equally as good a job. The work was done within two days after I accepted the quote. And I wasn't disappointed! Outstanding Job!!! I would recommend Excellent Roofing for any roofing work that you might want to have done.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with our new roof and Excellent Roofing. The roof is beautiful and has already been through several bad storms with no damage. The professionalism and communication from Excellent Roofing was outstanding. The entire crew was friendly and respectful of our property. We were very comfortable having them here. They kept us up to date throughout the process which took about 4 days - we have a more difficult roof with steep pitches and complicated valleys. We would not call anyone else for our future roofing needs...though I don't think we will need them for roofing for many, many years. But there are some gutters that need some attention!

Excellent Roofing is a very accurate name for this company. From the first visit to assess the job through to the final day of work, Travis and his crew were outstanding. Professional, courteous, and fast! I did my homework and had a pretty good idea about what I wanted and Travis was great about answering all of my questions and providing information I needed to make good decisions. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend this crew to anyone needing roof work.

The roof over the house looks beautiful. I like the color and style of the shingles and I like the look of the ridge vents. The flat roof has probably never been roofed as well, judging by the amount of time the guys spent on it and the conversation I had with the supervisor afterwards. Travis recommended getting rid of the turbines, the non-functional chimney and a useless extra pipe. Great advice! The exterior now looks larger and the interior of the house is quieter without the turbines. The crew worked very hard all day and behaved professionally. Travis came around frequently to check on things. The guys did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The job only took a day and a half even in the shorter days of winter. Communication with Travis and John was excellent. A piece of debris found its way into my furnace, stopping the motor. John reimbursed me for the service call from my heating and air guys. This company lives up to its name. It is Excellent in every way.

It was an excellent experience. They came out the same day I called them about my leak and located the problem. I immediately got a call and email with photos of the damage. By late afternoon I had an estimate and the next day work began to beat the next rain predicted. I would not Hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others. Very professional staff and owner.

Extremely satisfying experience. John was wonderful to work with. He helped make the claim process with my insurance less confusing and was extremely knowledgeable. He was always easily reachable. The job went so fast. Completely finished in under 3 days and the clean up was spotless. His workers were also very polite. With a few homeowner repairs/issues under my belt, this was by far the best choice I ever made and cannot recommend Excellent Roofing enough. The 5 star reviews on Angie's List was my deciding factor and I am pleased to be able to add to them!

Excellent roofing can do most anything you need. I was in a bind when my home was 4 days from closing and I needed lender required repairs. Two other contractors were not able to get to the job and I was beginning to panic. I found excellent roofing on Angie's list and they were out that day, gave me an estimate and started working immediately!! It began to rain and rained for the next 3 days. I didn't think I would be able to close my house, but the first sunlight they were back on the job. Those guys worked all day and one in particular worked after suppertime (as we say in the south). Everyone was polite and concerned about ME!! That impressed me more that anything although the work quality couldn't have been better. If you need any of the repairs this company can provide you cannot go wrong. They will make you happy.
