The job went extremely well from start to finish! Our project manager, Wes Marable, came out very promptly to give us the quote, was very helpful in getting us samples of roofing to see and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all our questions (and we had lots of them). All the materials arrived a day or so before the job started. Because they were tearing off the old roofing down to the decking and we knew that this could cause a mess in the attic., we almost completely emptied the attic ourselves and asked Excellent Roofing to cover as much of the attic as possible with tarps. They did this and carefully removed the tarps when the job was complete and swept the floored area. This was very helpful in protecting the attic and its equipment. We were very pleased! As far as the actual roofing replacement, Excellent Roofing did an excellent job! All the employees were very professional, knew their jobs and worked very well as a team. Our project manager, Wes Marable, visited the worksite on a regular basis and addressed all our concerns as the job progressed. The company owner, John Bennett, also stopped by the site to check on the ongoing job. One could not ask for or find a better, more professional company! The Roofer's Buggy was amazing and really helped to keep the debris to a minimum. The employees also made a great effort to keep the worksite clean and free of debris, especially as the end of each day. Excellent Roofing did everything that they were supposed to do and did it extremely well! We are very happy that we chose Excellent Roofing and would recommend them very highly to anyone needing a new roof. P.S. I should have written this review months ago. John and Wes, I'm sorry that it took me so long to sit down and write this review, but I knew that I wanted to spend as much time as necessary to write a great review. After bids and deliberation, i decided on Excellent Roofing because I felt they were committed to fixing problems and getting the job done... no matter the cost... and that is what I wanted. I did not want anyone cutting corners with the roof, if there was a problem, i wanted to know about it, and I wanted to know that they could fix it. These guys are great, and I recommend them to anyone who will listen, and I would use them again and again.

We sought quotations from four different companies for this project. I am sure all would have been able to complete our work to some level of satisfaction based on the recommendations we received and the reviews written by their customers. There was a degree of thoroughness in the presentation and proposal submitted by Excellent Roofing that caused us to choose them for the work on our home. Now that the job is done I can state, without hesitancy, that I would highly recommend Excellent Roofing to anyone seeking a replacement roof. The manner of professionalism with which they conducted their business far exceeded our expectations. The entire process, from the initial visit and estimate through to the final clean-up and delivery of the warranty was thoroughly undertaken and completed to the highest possible level. John Bennett, the owner of Excellent Roofing, was our main contact throughout the process. John met with us on separate occasions detailing the work that would be done, the time expected to complete the work, the options we had regarding different materials and the complete cost of the effort. There were no "hidden fees" or surprises during the process. The workmen assigned to the project were well managed and supervised throughout. They worked safely and appeared to stay on task throughout the entire week the job was performed. The crew leader was available for questions throughout the tear off and installation process and took the time to address any concerns we expressed. The crew also pointed out an area of concern regarding our chimney and John led us to an individual who was able to address that quickly. We were particularly impressed with the attention given to the clean-up process inside our attic space. It's one thing to deliver a good clean-up outside, but our crew also worked diligently inside, vacuuming and picking up pieces of debris that made its way inside the space during the process. We were most impressed. After the job was finished John came by to discuss our degree of satisfaction with the entire process. I am convinced he is interested in establishing relationships with his customers that go beyond just doing the job at hand. I have every confidence that, should an issue surface, he will have someone on site quickly to address it to our total satisfaction. John has also subsequently followed up on a rebate for us that was available to military veterans which has saved us additional money.

They completed the roof in two days and completed the clean up as well. I have no complaints about this company. I would definately recommend them to other customers and friends.

Estimate was given accurately and quickly. The job was supervised by John Bennet on a Saturday and was completed in a timely manner on the same day. All debris was removed after job was finished. We were given warranty paperwork. Then Mr. Bennet and his employees left our home with a very pleased homeowner at this job site.

We called Mr. Kee and he called us back within the same day. Made an appointment and a day later he came to look at the project. Originally I was thinking to repair the existing window. He pointed out that my original skylight was really not professionally installed. He suggested to get ride off the existing install and replace with a new one. I took his advice. Mr. Kee immediately called his distributor to order a residential FCM Velux skylight which is commonly installed in residential home. Unfortunately Velux does not produce a FCM skylight as big as ours. Mr. Kee went further and did some research to find out that the commercial grade, maintenance free acrylic CMA skylight would fit our need. He never installed this product before because he mainly work on residential homes, nevertheless, he said he can install the new product for us. He ordered the product for us. Two weeks later when the order came, Mr.Kee found out the dome skylight was crushed due to a very poor delivery service by a shipping company. Mr. Kee immediately called us about the situation and order another one. This time the product came safely. Mr. Kee came to our address and installed the product within a couple hours. He did a great job to replace all the flashing with the color we like. He and his assistant went further to seal all nails and clean the skylight crystal clear after the job. We are very pleased with Kee Roofing service and their can do attitude.

I called Kee Roofing because I had wet carpet in a closet and I thought it was a roof leak. Travis took one look at the carpet and said it wasn't the roof. We went outside where he found a VERY clogged downspout. He removed the bottom portion of the downspout and removed a very compact plug of small twigs at least 6" long. Travis was very friendly and professional. I will definitely call him the next time I have any problem with my roof. I'm going to recommend Kee Roofing to my neighbors. Watch out for squirrels building nests in your gutters!

Travis called me back within 30 minutes of me emailing him to set up an estimate, that was impressive. I was looking for someone to re-roof my Mom's home (I Live in Alabama) while it was possible I could not be there I was looking for someone with a good rating here and there rating was tops in the roofing category. The price was within a reasonable distance of others without the high rating and we agreed on a price and a work order and they set a date. He provided my Mom with some samples that allowed her to pick the shingles and then the work began. There was a bit of decking that had to be replaced and some siding and painting on the chimney and they handled all that with the crew on hand. I was not able to be there the day of the roofing and Travis went above and beyond to keep me in the loop as to the progress. They were there when they said they would be they used a quality dimensional shingle and replaced all the vents and boots and painted them. The job was done the same day it was started and the roof looks great. I would highly recommend Travis and His company, Kee Roofing and Home Improvement, to anyone and will use his company again in the future if we need some work done.

Excellent work. The owner came and bid the job. He is very professional. The workers did an excellent job will all of the repairs and the installation. Would definitely refer this company and would also use their services again.

Travis and team did an excellent job. He is trustworthy and professional. He treats your house like it is his own. 24 windows were replaced as well so the entire work took 2.5-3 weeks. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished project. The outside of the house was basically gutted and replaced. We are getting complements every day regarding the beautiful paint job and color of the gutters.I would definitely use him again and will recommend his services to anyone.

This experience went well overall. However I would have liked to deal with a different salesman. He brought his team out without calling to make sure we were ready for him like we requested. I am disabled with a back injury and needed time to prepare as I was trying to recover from an flare-up. I was unable to cover the items in the attic so now I have lots of debris throughout the attic. I found out afterwards from a previous customer that they went into their attic and covered their stuff. Wish I was offered that. I also had to rush to cover the pool before they started. I also ended up calling a manager to get the salesman to submit to final paperwork to the insurance company. His crew was very professional, my low rating is from my experience with the salesman.

Their price was very reasonable, and the performed it promptly and almost without me noticing. It took about a half day, and I have not had leaks since they came.

The materials arrive the day before the work started. The crew arrived and set up, and got right into tearing off the old shingles. They removed the satellite dish from the roof in the back of the house, and removed the vent gable and redecked the area. At the end of the first day, I went out to review what work had been done. I was pleasantly surprised to find no debris from the roof demolition at all. They cleaned up everything. The yard looked better than it did before they started. The new roof was done by the end of the second day, and again the yard looked immaculate. The trim work had to wait a day because of weather, but looked great when it was done. The roof looks fantastic, and the fan in place of the gable looks great. The new extension over the patio we had installed the week prior blends in perfectly with the rest of the roof, and looks like it was an original part of the house. Wes even submitted the paperwork to the insurance company for me, so all I had to do was wait for them to send the final check. Wes made a potentially unpleasant experience very easy for me, and I will call him again if I am ever in need. The professionalism and thoroughness of his crew was impressive. I would definitely recommend Excellent Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer.

We purchased a short sale home that we knew had roof issues. Travis was very helpful in determining our best course of action (repair now, replace later or replace now). He gave us what we felt was a good price to replace the roof and several skylights. He and his crew were very professional, finishing the work quickly while keeping our home and yard clean and being careful with the landscaping. We had a couple of very minor issues for which he was super responsive and quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We felt Key Roofing exceeded our expectations, and would definitely recommend them to others in need of repair or roof replacement.

Storms came through the night before Labor Day and a leak occurred in my washroom. I called Travis the next morning (Labor Day) and received a return call within a half hour. Travis came out that day and diagnosed the problem - an open vent pipe that was dripping inside when the rain built up in it. He fixed the problem quickly. I've used Kee Roofing previously as well to replace an old shingle section. They are honest, reliable, and knowledgeable.

I love these guys. The roof was thoroughly inspected, pictures were taken to show me what was wrong, and I got a mini-education on what was done right, and wrong, when this house was re-roofed. I never knew the shingles were improperly placed and the vents on the roof were improperly installed. The various leaks that kept springing up were due to these issues. A crew came and worked on the house, fixed everything they could (short of completely re-roofing the house), and were very polite and professional in manner. I am very happy with what they did and have not experienced a leak since the roof was fixed by them.

We were delighted with Travis and his crew! They were prompt, professional, and did the job quickly. The were scheduled to do the repairs on Tuesday and showed up a day early, They showed up early, got to work, worked quickly and efficiently, got the job done, then cleaned up after themselves and even swept up debris on the patio that they didn't put there!

Very pleasant to work with. Helpful advice on shingle damage. Had one visit to check out the roof and made an appointment for a second visit to make repairs. I was pleased with the honest advice and the minimal cost involved in repairing my roof, when I expected a much bigger job. They went to special effort to match the new shingles and the paint to the existing roof color.

Would like to start by saying that a lot of time was spent doing research and interviews with numerous roofers. The selection of Excellent Roofing was definitely the right decision! John Bennett (owner) was the project manager. Prior to the job, he took a lot of time to ensure that both parties had a clear understanding of the work to be performed, warranties, materials and he provided a very detailed cost estimate. No surprises with additional costs at job end. The work crew consisted of trained employees not contractors. They were very professional and did a great job. There were carpenters as well as roofers available. All materials were delivered prior to the job start date. They showed at 7 am on 6/12 and immediately got started, however it started raining around noon so the crew ensured everything was securely covered and stopped for the day. They returned the next morning promptly at 7 am and worked until 8 pm taking lunch as well as a few short breaks due to the heat. They returned at 7 am on 6/14 and finished up all the final cleanup around noon. Any issues were immediately addressed by the crew. There were tarps as well as the buggy was used to keep debris to a minimum. The yard/gardens were swept several times magnetically for nails....great job! Another positive with installing a GAF roof system, is that there is an inspection done by GAF to ensure that the roof was properly installed to their standards. Kudos to Excellent Roofing...the roof passed the inspection with top rankings. There was a couple of minor fixes (the garage exhaust vent had to be replaced with a GAF vent and additional sealant added to a vent screw) which were promptly addressed. Roof looks great and utility costs are down due to the added insulation and solar fan. I would definitely recommend John and Excellent Roofing!!! They were great to work with and took pride in their work ensuring that everything was addressed correctly and in a timely manner.

Everything was done very well and I would recommend them to anyone. The only caveat is that upon completion, the bill was $500 higher than the estimate. They did replace many more roofing boards than anticipated, though they did check the roof from the attic, and came back at the end and asked for more to cover the extra materials and labor. I growled saying they should have let me know during the job and not surprise me at the end. He agreed and would have eaten it, but I split it with him. All and all very positive experience. Good crew. Worked hard. Cleaned up well. It's hard to say "Stop, wait!" when they are replacing crummy boards with really good stuff, I just should have been in the loop from the start.

He's a super guy and is very helpful. Also very professional and prompt.

The estimate was right on the button. The price was excellent. The company took the time to talk to us about alternatives that could offer us better service and save money. The work was done quickly. The clean-up was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the work or the warranty. These guys are great!

Do get an estimate from Excellent Roofing before you choose a roofer!!

It went fine; there were a few kinks to work out with the gutters, but they were taken care of promptly. I did learn that it is necessary to cover the attic contents with a tarp to prevent pieces of wood, etc from being on top of all the contents and the attic floor, but since I do not expect to ever put another roof on in my lifetime, I am putting this knowledge out there for others to learn from. I appreciated the fact that they used a magnet to try and locate all of the dropped nails, and the cleaning of the old roof was also done professionally and well.
