John came out and gave us an estimate on our storm damaged roof and was very professional and very understanding of our unwillingness to replace the whole roof and our decision to only fix the parts that needed to be fixed. He worked well with our insurance and made adjustments according to our very strict budget. His team was quiet, quick, and efficient. The men he sent out to replace our gutters were truly top notch, and the crew he sent out to replace our water damaged ceiling was also excellent. I would not hesitate to use Excellent Roofing again! There are so many shady roofing companies out there and John Bennett and his team absolutely deserve the high praise they get on Angie's List!

I called and left a message indicating that I wanted a full roof replacement estimate and asking them to call me back on my cell phone-- it has been a week, no response. Update: Communication has now been quick. We have a quote. I appreciate the responsiveness of Excellent Roofing after this miscommunication.

The contractor arrived, began working. He discovered a problem that would prevent doing the repair without doing more damage. He notified me and made several recommendations. There was no charge for the work.

Travis returned my call promptly and came to my house the following day. We have a relatively new house, and Travis found that my contractor had not applied caulk where it should have been to properly waterproof the house. He explained what should have been done when the house was build and what was needed to correct the situation. He explained the kind of caulk he was going to use for the job and consulted me on the color to make sure it fit the color scheme of the house. One of the best house repair experiences I've had. I have since referred Travis to a number of friends and neighbors.

We found water stains on our ceiling and placed a call to Kee Roofing. Having already worked with Kee Roofing on a previous repair, there was no question as to who we would call. Travis Kee came out the same day to evaluate the problem. He identified the sources of the leaks and fixed them quickly. Our house is relatively new and the problems he repaired were caused by our contractor (unsealed vent pipes, numerous nail holes in the shingles, etc.). It was a small and inexpensive repair, but Travis took his time, explained the causes of the problems, and explained how he had fixed them. A++

I bought the deal for a roof inspection because we had a small hole where squirrels were getting in attic and a leak in our sunroom. The technician gave me an estimate to fix the problems. Unfortunately, the leak in the sunroom is allegedly linked to the skylights. They have been caulked several times and the water does not come directly from the skylights. The hole was fixed and they recommended more flashing around some fixtures on the roof. They also replaced a roof vent from our dryer. We were happy with everything except the skylight leak. We were told the only way to fix the problem would be to totally replace the skylights at a very high price.

They are prompt and did the work that I requested in and I am satisfied with the quality of their work. I would use them again.

I called Kee's Roofing late yesterday afternoon for help with a roof shingle repair & they arrived at my doorstep first thing this morning. They very courteously inspected the roof situation & immediately discovered I not only had some missing shingles, but also a hole in my roof. They offered to take care of things right then, or come back later, if I preferred. Upon my request that they attend to matters straight away, they went to work. I had some shingles from previous roof work & they were happy to use those in an effort to save me some money. They were friendly, fast, & professional. They're work looked great after they were through. I could not be happier with my Kee Roofing experience. I, also, couldn't recommend them more highly. They are definitely my new roofing company. I will probably need a whole new roof at some point. I'll be calling Kee!

I was originally quoted by another contractor who came out to give an estimate on the work. I was shocked by the high price and angry when informed that I owed $60 for the estimate, which I was not told before the estimate was done. (Calls to three other contractors verified that those three and presumably others do estimates at no charge.) Travis Kee offered a free estimate, and his price was more in line with what I had expected. He was punctual and very professional. The caps look great. Thanks to Travis for a job well done.

-When they came out to review the job, they were very professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. But more importantly, they took the time to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the approach they were going to take to correct the problems. NO question was too ?dumb?. -Quality of work ? They took the time to show me the exact damage before they started to work and then showed me the finished work after it was repaired. A few days after the repairs were completed, we received VERY heavy rain. NO LEAKS to the repaired areas! -Very competitive pricing, GREAT customer service, GREAT attention to detail, and a true desire for the customer to feel confident with their approach and the quality of their work.

Came out the same day I called and replaced the shingles the next available working day. Hope I don't need him again, but will use him if needed.

Wes came out to check house and left samples. Very patient with my indecision on color and type. Gave addresses of houses with different color roofs and types to look at and drove me around to see some roofs. Very knowledgeable and got back with me promptly on all questions. He even roofed the small shed in our backyard to match house. Workers were neat too.

I selected 3 contractors based on reviews from Angie's list and asked for estimates. My slection of Excellent Roof was based on Angie's List reviews and information provided by Wes, who did the estimate. Wes even brought by sample shingles and put on the carport roof to help us decide on the color. The workers were fast and did a great job of cleaning up. The lift machines they used to collect the old roofing material certainly made a huge difference in protecting my landscaping from the falling shingles. At the end of every work day, they cleaned up everything and dragged a magnet around to collect stray nails. The roof looks great and the wood repalced was painted to match existing paint.

I'm in the services industry myself and can say without a doubt that Travis is the most professional contractor I've ever hired. He was extremely responsive, punctual, and incredibly ethical in his business practices. This was a situation in which a roofer could have really tried to milk me for extra work/money but Travis was just the opposite, advising me on what to do now so as it not to be throw away money when it comes time for a new roof. My hat off to you kind sir!

I had about 5 shingles that fell off my roof after some strong winds. I found Kee?s Roofing and Home Improvement on Angie?s List. I called Travis Kee at ten o?clock in the morning about providing me an estimate on the repair and also a quote on a roof replacement. When I called, Travis was on his way to a prior call. He told me he could come by at noon. Travis came over to my home promptly and on time. He was very polite and professional and gave me a fair price on the repairs. He explained exactly how he was going to make the repairs. Because we still has snow on our roof, Travis had to come back on another day to make the repairs. Travis came back on a day that was convenient for my husband to be there when the repairs were made. Travis and Perry came on time again, and made the repairs quickly and professionally. We are very satisfied with the work. Since our home is about 16 years old, we will be calling Kee?s Roofing again when we have the roof replaced.

Our Arlington TN home (which is now a rental)sustained some shingle damage after some December wind storms. Contacted Travis and he was quick to assess, provide emergency coverage, and return the following day to put on new shingles. Travis provided professional and comprehensive updates on the extent of damage and repairs.

The roof looks great. The section was about 8 shingles wide and three rows deep.

My roof was way overdue for a replacement when I had Travis over for some repairs in January. After sending him an email on New Year?s Day, I expected to hear back from him sometime that week. In just a few hours he called back promising to come by as soon as possible and within two days my roof was leaking no more. After making it through the summer with no more leaks (lucky), a large branch came through the roof in mid November and I knew just who to call. Travis showed up with the original estimate from January and at least 10 colors of dimensional shingles from which to choose. The shingle color and pattern are beautifull! Travis also recommended a GACO roof coating on the flat garden room to eliminate several leaks happening there. Travis? veteran crew was prompt, polite and professional and Travis was on the job the entire time except when getting replacement lumber for our numerous decking repairs. The yard was kept clean and they swept for nails in the driveway numerous times. At all times my roof and I were the center of their attention for the entire day. The job was finished by mid morning the second day (except the GACO curing which took a few days to set up due to cold weather) including slat and decking repairs, boots, vent fan, chimney flashing, drip edges and trim. They even opened the roof underneath an existing ridge vent, which had been improperly installed creating moisture problems in a crawl space! At jobs completion I was presented with a detailed invoice, completed warranty for the shingles, copies of the contracts, picking lists and copies of all lumber receipts. I highly recommend Travis Kee Roofing and will have Travis back every fall for a roof inspection and cleaning. It was refreshing to hire a professional who is experienced, energetic and passionate about his work!

When they repaired the spots in the ceiling they did the whole ceiling and not just the damaged spots. They cleaned up after they finished; inside and out

I had done a great deal of research and contemplated doing the job myself but ultimately decide i didn't have time or the manpower to hang siding by myself. I had contacted Kee Roofing via research from both Angie's list and the BBB. Both gave high reviews. I always get three quotes to get a price range and more importantly a "feel" for the people I'm dealing with. Price isn't everything in my opinion, integrity and character are far superior. Travis was my third and final appointment. He arrived on time and we talked about the job for roughly 30 minutes. I found Travis to be very genuine and easy to speak with. He gave me a rough verbal estimate and followed up a day later with the estimate in writing. I agreed to the terms and we scheduled a time for the job to be completed. He and his team showed up on time and were done in one day. I was very happy with the quality of the job. they had done all that was asked, removed the old siding, put up a vapor barrier, installed the new fiber cement siding with new trim, chalk, paint and cleaned up. Very pleased.

Professionalism during estimates was great. He spent time with me, showing me my options. They came over several times with samples.
