Travis Kee and his crew did an excellent job. He was very professional and timely with every detail. This guy is actually on the job site making sure your work is done right. He is not just checking in on your job, he is there working himself with his crew!From the first phone call to when the job was complete, I found Travis to be nothing but ultra polite,professional and honest. He really just went above and beyond! He has a strong Christian work ethic and that meant a lot to me too!I would definitely use him again! Give Travis and his crew a try as you will not be disappointed!

Confirmation of the day and time to access my roof was made by both parties. The day & time this same representative of Excellent Roofing was due at my house was a no show, no call. I waited and waited. I had other roofers lined up and did not bother following up with Excellent Roofing for their business. They thought it would be too much trouble dealing with my insurance company but they did not know that I had already turned in the claim and had check in hand for a complete new roof (3500sq.ft.) with change to spare that entitled an upgrade with another company. All I wanted was an honest estimate from the companies that I called before I told them that I had the settlement. The company I chose was happy and I couldn't be happier.

Their service was good. They're experts in their field. They're not the cheapest but I think they're the best. It was a fair price.

Mr. Kee was fantastic to work with! So responsive and came out to help us very quickly after we called. His estimate was spot on and the work was impeccable. Will use again when the rest of our roof needs to be replaced!

When they came to do the repair, they were on time, made no mess with the repair job, and left my roof patched, but without me able to see a difference when looking at it. I will definitely use them again!

They did a great job. They were really reliable, nice and easy to deal with. Their estimate was lower than most, and they got it done on time. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and they cleaned up after themselves. You know, they just did a good job.

Contractor came out on schedule to inspect the roof and provide estimate for the needed repairs. Tailored the work to be done to fit our budget and allow us to get the biggest bang for the buck. The contractor himself was on the roof doing the work and showing his helper how it was done. I realize that ours was not a big job, but I was very impressed with the work done and the professionalism displayed.. I would certainly hire them again, and will when we are able to get the entire roof replaced.

I highly recommend them. They were wonderful. They have excellent equipment review professionals. Everybody in our neighborhood ended up using them because they were so good. They were really professional. I think, about four of our immediate neighbors used them. They have a truck that goes up to the roof that catches all the stuff they take off. They worked way into the night on our neighbor's house. They were out there and it was in the winter time and they worked until after dark. They made sure they got everything done in time. They were a really good company. I believe our roof has either a lifetime or a 35-year warranty and our insurance really liked them.

Customer service is not dead! I had a very small job but Travis treated me like my business was feeding his family for the month. First I called him on a Sunday and left a message not expecting a call back until Monday. Not Kee roofing Travis returned my call in a matter of hours. He was polite honest and came across as very personable on the phone, he didn't tell me what time he was coming he asked me when I wanted him to come, you wont find that with other roofing companies folks call around you'll see. Actually call Travis first he'll have you fixed up before the other guys even return your call. Kee roofing showed up at my house when they said they would and followed my difficult directions about how to proceed when they did. Travis and the gentleman there to help were both presentable,polite and actually have a personality! Travis took a.look at the job said a price which I agreed to and informed me he needed to retrieve some materials he. returned a very short time later and started work, I have a bad habit of lingering while people work on my house and Travis didn't mind and actually carried on a good conversation the whole time. He did good work quickly and with a more than fair price. Call Kee roofing if: A) you're tired of other roofing companies and their childish bafoonery B) if you want to be spoken to with respect and courtesy C) you work for a living and a dollar means more these days then it used to D) if you want a no-nonsense honest transaction

We got in touch with John Bennett, the owner, after having a TVA energy evaluation done on our home. He came by, looked at our evaluation results, and put together an estimate of all our options with attached costs. John is very knowledgeable about the services he provides, is very professional, and customer oriented. Once we decided on what we wanted to do, it was a short wait of about a week before the job began. They stripped our roof down to the decking, replaced the shingles on house and garage with energy star shingles, replaced any rotted wood, installed an attic/roofing ventilation system on the overhang of the house and garage, installed two attic solar fans, touch up painted all the trim that needed it, and replaced any trim that had suffered with the roof installation. All the roofing was done in a couple of very long 12 hour+ days and one morning follow-up by the roofing crew, and then a followup by the carpentry crew. They were tireless in getting this job done before it rained. Needless to say, this process was very noisy, but the crew was very unobtrusive even though they were on our property practically non-stop for several days. They kept our property neat and clean while the job was ongoing. After the roofs were completed, they installed short walls in the attic and insulated behind them to bring our attic insulation up to R 38-60 in spots. They also performed several miscellaneous carpentry jobs for us. John and his supervisors were available when we had questions, and they were open to small changes we made along the way. Their attention to detail was exemplary. All the crews were top-notch, did quality work, and were professional, pleasant and courteous. We had absolutely no complaints about any part of this process. We had just had landscaping done around the house, and none of the landscaping was disturbed in any way! I was expecting at least some minor damage. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

Kee Roofing did an excellent job. Travis was always available to provide supervision and answer questions. They did an excellent clean job when they finished. Travis was easy to work with and to establish a mutually agreed upon date to accomplish the work.

My aunt is elderly living by herself in Memphis in a house built in 1953, and her roof was in terrible shape, leaking badly. Obviously she needed a new roof with the old one completely torn off and even the wood under the shingles replaced in places or she faced the awful reality of needing to move, none of which she could afford. My dad who is also elderly and lives with us in Colorado was worried about his sister and wanted to have the roof replaced for her. This amounted to a great deal of trust so we turned to Angie's List to see what we could do. Problem solved: Angie's List sent us several reviews of the Excellent Roofing Company. I called them and within a couple weeks, my aunt had a new roof complete with the new wood underneath the shingles and metal where it needed to be to prevent further rotting and leaking. Aunt June is thrilled and went on and on about how very nice John Bennett was to her, how he checked out other places around the house where water had done damage, and really treated her with kindness. Of course, I never met John in person, but every time I spoke to him on the phone he was very professional, yet never abrupt or unsympathetic. The roof was finished in such a short time, everything cleaned up (Aunt June said they even vacuumed the yard!), and carried away. This is much more than a roof...for someone to treat an older person or anyone with such kindness and respect says volumes about the principles they live by including their work ethic, and how they want to treat others. John is my hero and if I ever get back to Memphis, I want to meet him in person.

On the scheduled day for the roof work, Travis & crew arrived early, the weather looked threatning, so Travis wisely decided to abort & return the following day, did some prelimary gutter work & dismissed for the day. The next day the crew started arriving about 7am & went to work, the cover-up & prelimanary work they do to protect your schrubs is amazing. his crew had the roof stripped by 10am, had it weather pruffed by 1pm (underlament on), shingles on & complete at 430PM AMAZING!!! Travis was on the roof with his crew, which has been with him for 12 years, all day...This bunch works like a well-oiled highly efficent machine...They did an amazing clean-up, our yard was cleaner after they left than before they arrived..If Travis does your roof, take the day off, pull up a lawn chair & watch, you will be facinated. Our new roof is beautiful, they paint all pipes etc.......THANK YOU TRAVIS !!!!!!!!

During a bad storm. water leaked into the house around a skylight in the bathroom. I contacted John at Excellent Roofing and the next day, one of his workers came out and looked at the skylight. He showed me that some of the flashing was damaged, and that the nails used to secure the skylight were very short and were rusting, indicating a problem. John got me a quote for a new skylight (that was very reasonable) and installed the skylight the day I approved the quote. They finished at about 8:30 in the evening and we had another big storm later that night... and there was no evidence of water inside the house. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, picking up (and disposing of) all the shingles they had replaced and using a magnet to pick up any nails that might have been in the yard.

These guys were punctual, extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took pictures of the roof inside and outside -- most roofers don't look at the inside. They then sent us a report on what needs to be done, and sent us links to videos to further explain what was needed to be done. I had three bids done and they went above and beyond the other two roofers.

This was the 2nd time I used them. I have recommended them to numerous people is the past and will continue to do so.

They were very professional and polite. The only hiccup was they left out the vent cap which I didn’t discover until the following month. It took about a day for the site manager to get back to me but once the GM and the Owner found out they came out right away. They fixed it that day and even did some additional work for me at no charge. I appreciated how quick they were to follow up and they were very apologetic. I have recommended them to numerous people is the past and will continue to do so.

It went very well. Travis is very personable and friendly and really knows his roofing stuff. His workers completed one large side of our roof in one day including removal of the old shingles and installation of the new shingles. They left hardly any evidence that they had been there, all debris was cleaned up nicely.

Received quote, approved, installed. Required less time than estimated. Professional, courteous service. Cleaned up all debris. No complaints.

Travis and his crew showed up promptly in the morning to begin tear-off of the old roof. The guys worked incredibly quickly and had the old roof off before lunch. As is so often the case with old midtown houses (and as Travis repeatedly warned me), the roof itself was in pretty bad shape and after all was said and done, nearly a quarter of the roof decking had to be replaced with new wood. I knew the roof was leaking, but it turned out it had probably been leaking for quite a bit longer than I realized. According to Travis, it was one of the worst roofs he's ever worked on - lucky me. Travis made a real effort to save me as much money as possible, no small feat given how much wood had to be purchased. I was really pleased with the communication between he and I, especially considering how bad the roof turned out to be - a job that should have been finished in one day took nearly two. But, Travis and his crew worked past sunset to make sure that the roof was at least completely shingled before they left (which turned out to be crucial as it rained the next day). The crew were up on the roof using their cell phones to light up the last corner of the roof. The next day, they finished the roof and cleaned up. As great as the new roof looks (and it looks fantastic), the flashing is even more impressing. My house is an 80 year old midtown bungalow with rotting fascia and crumbling brick and cement. Not only did Travis manage to get the walls and chimneys flashed, but he made it look good. Travis said he treats every house like it was his own and I can attest to that. His work and the work of his crew was fantastic. They worked hard and did a really nice job. Not only is my roof structurally sound again, but it looks amazing.

Excellent Roofing did an excellent job, we were very pleased. We had a lot of places inside where the bad roof caused damage, especially to the ceiling . They just a good job. We don't have any problems with leaking. We are happy with the job that they did both inside and outside.

I called about noon and had the job completed by 4:30 pm. Travis was very prompt, efficient, and effective in locating and fixing the leaks.

I had a leak and they were very persistent on finding the problem. They are very understanding of the customers needs and expectations and they always make sure the work is done correctly.
