At first I was embarrassed to call Travis Kee for such a small job but I am so glad I did. Immediately after meeting him I could tell he understands the homeowner's pride in their home. It became clear by the time he left that he in turn takes pride in his work. This is a winning combination. Travis is very personable and has great communication skills. While he was working he reported on what he was doing. He gave me good feedback about my roof, gutters, etc. He found where the rats are getting into the house, a hole adjacent to a flat roof. While he cleaned the gutters I went to buy traps. He had instructed me which kind to buy. Then he showed me how to set them and he placed them on the flat roof. He gave me a lot of good advice and was very reassuring. Once I'm certain the rats have been eradicated, I'll hire Travis to come back and close up the hole. Incidentally, I also called my pest control company who put bait in the attic. When I first called Travis he asked me to follow up with an email, which I appreciated. I knew there would be no misunderstanding about what I wanted. He showed up when he said he would. He personally cleaned the gutters. He used a leaf blower to clean up the mess afterward and took larger debris to the curb. I will be calling on Travis for more home projects. I will need a big roofing job in a few years and he is the first person I will call for an estimate. It was a pleasure working with him.

I contacted John Bennett of Excellent roofing to re roof my home. The previous owner had roof problems and were less than candid in their scope, and I was having leaks. John and his crew did a superb job and their workmanship was impeccable. They pursued the job every day until its completion, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. They even vacuumed my unfinished attic space as well as picking up every nail on the exterior. My roofing problems have been conpletely resolved thanks to Excellent Roofing. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work, without reservation.

The owner showed up and got back to me quickly. I was pleased with that. We did get some of the work done he suggested and that we needed. Some stuff was asked for in case we wanted to do it later on down the road.

Travis was not the cheapest quote we received but he was the best choice. I felt we got our money"s worth with not only with the quality of work but with all the detailed information he gave us. We got a superior product and you get what you pay for. Travis also showed us step by step what was going on and worked hard with his crew for 8 straight hours. They cleaned up after and overall we are very satisfied with his work.

John is a complete professional who guided us through the whole roofing process. We had at least 5 quotes on our home done prior to meeting John and I am so glad we selected him. He understands the insurance side of this process and was able to assist us to make sure nothing was missed. I found out after extensive research that you don't want the cheapest deal on a roof, you want the best quality and service provider and John and his team at Excellent have that covered. If you look for a new roofer, make sure that your roofer is certified by the manufacturer so that all warranties are in place. Excellent has certification on several roofing types which put me at ease in making our selection. His team worked through July heat, on our high pitched roof and the quality of the work and the follow-up to completion of the project was truly "excellent". The team who works with him are very professional and they kept our yard cleaned up each day. Whenever friends and neighbors ask about our roof, I tell them Excellent is the way to go for their roofing projects. Oh, they do great gutter work too and we're quite pleased there too.

John and his staff are very pleasant and professional. They were able to come to my house and repair the roof within 3 hrs of my call. I will use them again for future repair needs.

They were incredible. I cannot imagine better. From speed of installation to a perfect cleanup job.

Travis and his crew are the best! He was the first contractor we used that came straight from Angie's List. I can't say enough about what a nice man he is and how professional and conscientious he is about his work! He was there all day and into the evening with his crew that have been with him for many years. He worked right along beside his crew cutting and replacing rusted flashing material that had been installed improperly by previous roofers for previous owners. He even goes into your attic to make sure all the pipes going thru the roof are properly sealed and straight; making a couple of trips back and forth to make the adjustments needed. The roof is beautiful but the small finishing details that Travis and his crew attend to make all the difference! We plan to get the house painted next, then gutters and a new garage door, wish Travis did these jobs too! I'd sure hire him for all of them!

Great crew, considerate and courteous. Here's an example: my wife and I came out into the backyard while they were working with a gas powered air compressor. One of the men propped a piece of plywood against the compressor to shield us from the noise. Little things like this make a difference, you get the feeling they care and it showed in the quality of the work. Jobsite was cleaned up every day. Supervisor David MacMillan very helpful and responsve. Came out immediately when a few adjustments needed to be made.

I had a good experience with Kee Roofing. He was very prompt and professional in his approach. He was able to handle both chimney and roof issues. I would use his company again. ,

Roofer did an excellent job coordinating with insurance company. Also he clearly explained what was needed. Installation was fast but thorough and professional. The crew did an excellent job on the installation and cleanup. I have had no issues with roof at all. Would highly recommended excellent roofing.

I had a roof leak at one of my skylights. In addition, I wanted my roof inspected for any needed repairs. I called Travis Kee based on his reviews in Angie's List. Travis came out the same day I called. He stated that my skylight leak was being caused by a build up of debris at the top of the skylight. He used a blower to remove the debris above all of the skylights. His inspection showed two areas of the roof that had damaged shingles that needed to be repaired. He had matching shingle on his truck so he made the repairs immediately. Travis volunteered that he would be happy to return on an annual basis to clear my roof of debris. Travis was polite and professional. I will use his services again. Travis come out again on January 3rd to blow off the leaves that had piled up in the last few months. There was no charge. Exceptional customer service. Thanks Travis.

It took Excellent Roofing awhile to get to me, which was okay, but I'm not complaining about that. By the time I had worried about it, he had already taken the measurements and started working on it and I didn't even know it. I called him and I think it took him a few days to get out there, but I didn't realize they were working on it when I called him the second time and said, "Well, where are you?" "Well, we're already finished with what we're doing." Oh, okay. They were very nice and very efficient. I love the roof. It's a real nice roof.

I had these guys do my entire home roof in 2010, but I couldn't afford to do the flat roofs at that time so I had them come and do those. They did a great job on everything. Top notch!

Not-so-excellent first impression Scheduled 1pm appointment on 22July13 with John Bennet . At 1:40pm called Mr Bennet to find out he was unaware of appointment and he denied making that appointment. After a brief sharing of call log dates/times/duration Mr Bennet began to blame lack of time in day to handle all the work he had before him. He continued to complain that he hadn't seen his family in awhile and he had a lot of customers that needed roofs. I had to stop him midstream to let him know that it was'nt the consumer that set the pace, but the business. It is about supply&demand and he is in charge of balancing the two. I understand, too slow you lose money, too fast you lose customers. In this case demand is way too high and supply too low when you can't remember appointments or family and blame it on too much business. He would better serve the consumer if he would re-evaluate his company's service potential. Consumers don't want excuses. My recommendation to all customers is to make sure Mr Bennet has time for you before you commit your hard earned money. After typing this report Mr. Bennet called saying he found my appointment hand written on a note lying on the floor. No apologies other than acknowledging I didn't fabricate an appointment. Uh, yeah thanks?

The owner Travis did a fantastic difficult repair job on my roof. He is the best of any roofer that I have ever had.. I would only let Travis do any repair work for me in the future. I highly recommend him. His service is GREAT!!!

Service was great as always. Job completed very well on time. No complaints. I've been using this company for any roof problems for a couple years, always does a great job, at a reasonable price.

He showed up on time and fixed the problems that other roofers couldn't fix. He tore out all old flashing, installed moisture guard, new flashing, and new roof shingles around the skylight, and repaired holes in the roof made by the re-roofers many years ago. This man is a gem. I won't use anyone else but him for any roofing issues on my home.

My experience overall went excellently.

I spoke with John in April, 2013 about having a leak in my roof fixed. While other companies had told me that they were too busy with full roof replacements to do a repair, John told me that they could do it and that he would call the next week to set it up. He asked for a picture of my shingles so that he would know what color to bring and I sent him that picture. I waited about a month for a call back but didn't get one, so I called another company

Mr. Kee and his crew showed up promptly on the agreed day and finished that afternoon. They worked 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM and did a thorough cleanup at the end of the job. Overall, the whole experience exceeded my expectations! I found Travis and his crew to be personable and professional: I'd use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing at a fair price.

Travis Kee was great to work with. He was prompt in calling back and gave usf guiadance and direction on choosing new color for shingles. Travis was there on site during the whole process. He began working on my house at noon and completed all but one small section that night by 7:30. he was back with the reminder of the materials the next mmorning and we have had many compliments on his work. Would recommend him to anyone that neewds a new roof or an overlay as we had done.

They did not show up as promised. Subsequently, they came by, and told me that I should hire a painting specialist. I was impressed by their honesty.

Overall, they did a great job. I would highly recommend them. They were professional and courteous.
