Mr. Jacob McGrath came out to repair the damage that was done by previous contractor. He had to take out my entry door and start again. I am very please with the job that was done. A Christian man who is knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. If I ever need any installation or woodwork done, he would be my 1st call.

We hired this person on July 22, 2020 to put in new doors and a window, and he did not complete the job, and he refuses to communicate with us. In fact, not only did he not complete the job, after paying him a substantial deposit he put in one section of the doors out of very used material. We have had a total of three highly skilled handyman go over his work, and they all come to the same conclusion that he is very bad at what he does. We have kept all copies of attempts at communicating with him throughout this transaction. We also have all documents and photos of the mess he has created in our home. We have had to hire additional workers to fix what he messed up and to finish the job, costing us even more money. Most importantly of all, he is the reason why the sale of my home fell through as of yesterday. We fired him today and expect our deposit to be returned.

I hired Elite to repair the molding around my interior bedroom door. Jacob arrived the same day and gave me an estimate which was less than Home Advisor gave me! Jacob came two days later and started the work, he even handled other repairs I needed that I didn t mention! Jacob did outstanding work, was on time, courteous, cleaned up after himself and gave me very reasonable prices! I will for surely be using Elite Home Improvements again!
