Discount Movers

Description of Work: June 26-Said they would show up at 6:00 am. June 27-Didn't show up until 9:00. Did not use shrink wrap or blanket to protect the furniture. After loading the truck the movers said they had to go to Whitehaven, before they could come to Luka. Showed up about 6:pm, did not finish until 10:30 pm. June 30-Called Robert, to complain about the furniture having scratches and dings. He said he would come to Luka on July 5th. I sent a list of damages to the email site, but never got a confirmation that he got it. July 5-Robert, did not come to Luka, I attempted to call him but got a message saying this customer cricket customer was not available. July 6-Called Robert, again he said he would have to send a furniture medic next week. July11-Called 3 times, Robert, called back after 6:00 said he needed a list sent to him via email of all the damages. July 14-Sent list via email to Robert. July 15-Called Robert, He said to expect something by the end of the month. Was not sure the Furniture medic would come this way, otherwise he would have to come. Expect phone call between July 25-30th. August 2-Called Robert, left a message. August 3-Robert called to say, I was still on his list but was not sure what he was going to do.
