After the movers left I noticed a scratch on my bed, called to report. Robert came out that same day to look at it, said it wasn't too bad and he could have someone fix it. He left telling me he would have a furniture repair person call to schedule an appt. About an hour later I received a phone call from the actual mover who claimed they did not scratch the bed. He began arguing with me telling me that it had to be there before or perhaps one of my dogs did it! As we were discussing on the phone suddenly Robert started talking, he had placed a three way call and was listening to the entire conversation, like he was trying to catch me at something. He again told me someone would contact me about a repair, but I never heard from him again.The scratch was not overly large, but was kind of deep and in a noticable spot, would have benefitted from a professional repair as opposed to the self repair I did.
