The monthly monitoring fee is only $15 a month and if you pay a full year, they take 10% off. We getting the same service that their national competitors offer, we're just not paying the premium for the brand name.
Description of Work: After calling all the big guys, I found Delta to offer the best rate to monitor our alarm system. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. All of the other companies I called told me that I would have to install a new panel to the tune of around $100, but Delta was able to use my existing ADT panel.

EVEN THOSE PANELS USE INDUSTRY STANDARD DEVICES SUCH AS CONTACTS, MOTION, GLASS AND SMOKE DETECTORS. ALL SECURITY COMPANIES PREFER TO USE THE ALARM PANEL THAT THEY ARE MOST FAMILIAR WITH WHICH KEEPS THEM FROM HAVING TO LEARN SO MANY DIFFERENT PANELS AND CENTRAL STATION SIGNAL FORMATS. DELTA SURVEILLANCE TECHNICIANS SPEND MANY HOURS EACH YEAR IN TRAINING ON ALL TYPES OF SECURITY EQUIPMENT INCLUDING MANUFACTURING SOME OF OUR OWN EQUIPMENT TO HELP SOLVE PROBLEMS FOR OUR CLIENTS. I like that they are not a big and glamorous company and therefore give you a better price. I have had a few false alarms that they were very quick to respond to. I feel very safe having them monitor the house.

WE TAKE FALSE ALARMS VERY SERIOUSLY AND REPAIR ASAP. MOST ALARMS ARE CAUSED BY USER ERRORS AND WE TAKE WHATEVER TIME IS NECESSARY TO TRAIN OUR CLIENTS ON THE PROPER USE OF THEIR SYSTEMS. WE SUPPORT THE VERIFIED RESPONSE ALARM REPORTING METHODS AND HAVE THE ONLY REMOTE VIDEO CENTRAL STATION MONITORING SERVICE WITH ARMED GUARD RESPONSE IN THE MEMPHIS AREA. WE ALLOW OTHER SECURITY COMPANIES TO USE OUR SERVICES. I have heard a lot of good things about Delta so I decided to go with them when we decided do have someone monitor our alarm system. We like having the convenience and savings they offer by paying annually.
