CUR-LOW CONSTRUCTION

Description of Work: mr bailey came to the house on time to give estimate, which was pretty good price, we had the house sided with the best vinyl they sold, all windows replaced (9) & a screened in patio put in (15'x15') everything was done in a timely manner. there were some delays but it was over 100 degrees & I really didn't want the installers having heat strokes, they didn't always show up at the extact time they had said but having had friends that were in contruction, i think they are all that way, only problem we had was when they installed the siding some of the nails came in a little to far & caused dents on the inside walls, we called, they said no problem, they would come & fix, haven't fixed it yet, 2 years later. we didn't stay on top of they so maybe it was our fault, the next year (last year) around the same time of year we had them come out & side the patio. the same guys came out that did the house & they did not show up on time. they would miss days at a time, it took less time to do the entire house than the small patio, again it was hot & i can understand the problem with the heat but a simple phone call would have fix all that, either from the installers or from curlows office, how busy can they be??? now my husband has called 3 times about a minor & I mean MINOR problem & it's like pulling teeth to get them out to look at it let alone fix it. they keep telling me how much it will cost, i keep telling him that's his problem it hasn't been a year yet, he finally came to look at it & again is telling my husband the cost & then told him that it's been more than a year, well it hasn't. i will update on the outcome. again my only problem has been to get the come back out & take care of a minor problem

Description of Work: They took down an existing porch roof and replaced it along with enclosing the porch with screening.

Description of Work: They put vinyl siding on our 2000 square foot home.
