Kurt and Rita Kunsel have been very helpful so far in preparing the house for sale. Since I live in New York they even made sure to stop by and check the house for any frozen pipes after the horribly cold weather, which I really appreciated.

Crye Leike' standard commission is higher than the Tennesse standard, but will negotiate down. Be sure to read your agreement carefully before you sign it. Lauren Criswell was not helpful in selling my house. She argued with me when negotiating the selling price. She did not follow up on the various matters that came up until I asked her about it after the time limit had expired. Each time I asked, she gave me some excuse as to why she had not responded. She did not send me a thank you message for my business after closing.

I was told in October 2011 that the company I work for would be moving to Memphis in early 2012. I needed to find a place to live and preferred buying a home. I contacted Dave Ramsey's service and was sent a list of realtors to contact. Mr. Danny Freeman called and offered his services. He was freindly and open to what I wanted and how I wanted to use his services. He set up a personal profile for me and a list of homes was sent to me to consider. As we adjusted the list to my wants more homes were sent. When I found a home I liked but could not come to Memphis to view it he made a video of the home and sent it to me. Mr. Freeman met me at his office to help me make an offer on the home. Since I lived and worked 3 hours away many emails and phone calls were involved. My offer was ajusted to close the sale and Mr. Freeman met me at the closing to complete the sale. I could not have ask for more help than he gave. He has even continued to keep in touch to jut say thank you.

The realtor was great. The homeowner didn't know what he was doing. This was the second deal that didn't work, so I would take a break for some time. They don't charge anything as it would come out of the house once we find out. Their price is competitive.

We chose this company because of their name in the area. They always have had a great reputation and we think that they are an excellent company as well. They made sure to put so much detail in to every aspect of the project and we are very pleased. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. They do awesome work.
