Description of Work: Replaced 8 old windows at my house- from first contact to job completion was only 2 weeks (including 1 week for the windows to be manufactured). Jim and his crew were on time, did a great job, and cleaned up every last scrap of trash. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for the replacement of 4 windows. The owner of the company (Jim Crone) came to the house and went over my needs and took measurements, gave me an estimate to replace all 14 windows in my house, and then came back with the final cost which was right on track.I decided to go ahead and replace all of my windows at once. He explained the timing of the windows being delivered to him and then scheduling a time with me for installation. All went according to plan, until the day before before installation. His job foreman had an equipment failure so we rescheduled my installation -- as I was notified ahead of time and we rescheduled based on my availability this was not an issue for me. The workers were hard working, respectful and did a tremendous job of keeping my home and yard clean as they removed all the existing windows and then replaced them. They completed all the work in one day. I was amazed at how efficient and what a great job they did with the finishing work -- they even cleaned the windows. I would recommend this company to anyone needing replacement windows, they are very service oriented and do very fine work. It is obvious that they understand the value of good customer service. I could not be more pleased with the quality of my new windows, the workmanship and the overall experience.

Description of Work: Big deal paid for most of my windows to be replaced, I paid regular rate for remaining windows. Overall, replaced seven windows, and I'm very happy with the product. Quality windows, and installation was top-notch. Crone team was exceedingly professional, with only one breakdown in communications about scheduling. A minor blip on an otherwise outstanding service. I highly recommend Crone.
