The service we received from them was excellent. They were very expensive. He was a true professional. He gave a quote, the stuck to the quote, he gave the date that the services would be provided and he was timely. He did what he said he was gonna do and he did it for the price that he said he would charge. I would consider using them if I can afford them.

Cristofir was very accessible and open throughout the install process. He is a great advisor and gives you honest feedback around materials, subcontractors and costs. He was also extremely flexible and open to re-evaluation throughout the install process. It took about 1 month to get the entire install complete, he managed himself and subcontractors for plumbing, HVAC and electrical. He was great to work with!

We wanted two existing, older half-bookcases, built-ins, extended from where they terminated at midwall down to the floor. We hoped to get this executed as seamlessly as possible, since they are in the living room. Mr. Bradley was able to integrate the new, lower halves with the existing upper halves. One cannot tell that there have been extensions or that the bottom half of each bookcase is 50 years' newer than the top. They look perfect. Although the quality of the wood used and of the work itself was high, our specifications to Mr. Bradley included adjustable - not fixed - shelves. This specification, combined with the high number of quite heavy books we confess we put on these shelves, recently caused one of the pins holding a certain shelf to tear out. This happened about 10 months after the original work. We called Mr. Bradley to tell him about this little problem and he came out immediately. He said he would replace the old pins with a more heavy-duty version. Then he noticed that one of these unusually long (46"), unusually heavy-laden shelves had a minor sway. We had never noticed it. Of his own accord, he cut all new shelves -even thicker than the originals- and installed them today along with the new pins, at no additional charge to us. Needless to say, we were very pleased with Mr. Bradley and the work he did for us.

Cris was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. On top of all that, he is an exceptionally gifted craftsman. His work is done precisely with lots of attention to detail and his pleasant, kind manner makes having work done in your home seem easy. I would recommend him highly! Now I wish I could find a painter with the same qualities!

Very professional, on time, great designs. Great ideas. Overall very satisified with his work. May be on the high side but you get what you pay for. Extremely Happy. Hardly made any messes in my house. Very particular with his work and he takes pride in his work. That in todays world is refreshing to find. Would recommend him to everyone.

So far, we are completely impressed with him. I like his professionalism, skills, and his assessment of the problem and his explanation of how he’s going to fix it. He was very honest about that it would be a few weeks before he would be able to unpack his shop and put it in a truck to come out and do work on site. We knew right away that it was going to be a few weeks before he can actually get the work done. We felt like he was really upfront in the way that he handles scheduling the work.

He did a good job, but the problem was the price - it was too expensive. He was pleasant, however.

The experience was good. He was great. I don't think there is anything to improve upon. He was very thorough and very professional. He was very good to deal with.

He was very prompt with the original appointment and the design for the job. He used quality materials and tries to buy locally. The island turned out beautiful. He doesn't paint, so the product comes unfinished. Gave a lower rating on the price simply because he gave us a lower quote than what the final price was. But the product is very good quality. We would use him again in the future.

Working with Cris has been a pleasure. He is very professional and responsive (always answering the phone within business hours and calling with updates when necessary). He is also not pushy about ideas that might be expensive. He shows up when he says that he will show up, he works diligently, and then cleans up so well that you wouldn't know that he had been there. His work is also amazing-- with attention to detail. Our job wasn't easy-- modifying an old cabinet to fit file drawers-- and now it is gorgeous!

He was prompt in coming to my house to look at the project. It took a little thought for him to come up with the solution for the re-design. Unlike some of the previous reviews, I did not feel that we communicated very well and he was reluctant to give me an estimate for the work. He did tell me his hourly fee and the fee of the person who does the *color matching* (which is an astonishing $100 per hour). After a $100 deposit, he took my frame and that is where I personally made a big mistake by not nailing down the cost for the project. When the project was finished I drove to his workshop to pick it up to speed things along since I was very anxious to have a light back in my kitchen and when he told me the cost I was absolutely shocked. SERIOUS lesson learned here.... It cost roughly $900 to REPAIR a wooden box light fixture and redesign the base so it was removable. Also he left a mark around the plastic base with permanant marker that would not come off. I will say that the wooden frame redesign turned out very nice and it is very functional now but for the price of $900 I would think he could have bought me a new plastic base without the permanant marker that he put there and I would have thought he could have delivered it to me in a timely manner. Learn from my mistake here... make sure you get a locked-in written estimate for the price and the time it will take on the front end. He does good work but so do alot of other people.

Worked with him on a soft quote over the phone and agreed on a rate per hour. Works diligently and his quality is very, very good. Prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Cris was very Prompt, Professional, Polite and Knowledgeable. He recommended a fast and cost effective way to get the closets and worked well together in designing and ordering the material. his work was very meticulous and i absolutely loved his work.

This was a new project for Cris, and he did an amazing job!! He is very proactive and is very attentive to details. He was always on time, never difficult to reach, contacted us promptly if he had concerns/questions, and finished the project ahead of time. Cris is full of great ideas, and helped us solve problems with other aspects of this project, and improved on the original plan! Cris was very easy to work with, very professional, and the quality of his work is exceptional. The end result was far above what we were hoping for. Cris was able to take on a project that he had never done before and produce fantastic results!! He takes pride in his work, and it is evident when looking at the final product. I would highly recommend Cris for any cabinetry work, as well as any work related to cabinetry, and wood working. For a completely custom project, I feel that his pricing was very reasonable. This project was not in his usual vein of work, but he did a fantastic job, and was a pleasure to work with. I hope we have the chance to work with him again. Thank you Cris!

Cris was phenomenally responsive and professional. One hour and half visit to review and measure. One 3/4 day to complete work. Price ended up being $50 less than original quote after ordering custom hinges. Cris is a true professional. Great work and cleanup. I have added him to my "preferred provider" list for my home, and will recommend him to friends and family.

He called back very quickly after the initial call, provided a detailed drawing and estimate, and completed the work in a very timely fashion. We thought his pricing was a little on the high side, but the quality of work is excellent. We will use his services again in the future.

I came to Angie's List and found Chris Bradley's name along with stellar reviews.I called to ask if he does jobs like this one or just cabinet making.He said this would be no problem and he came out to estimate the job a day or two later.He was pretty busy so it took a couple of weeks for him to be able to do the job. He came one more time for a final measurement he needed and that was it.On the morning of the actual job, he and his helper, Blue were right on time and got to work right off the bat.The job took about 8 hours and they kept right at it.They actually finished faster that he had originally thought (all in 1 day vs 2).Very squared away. The kitchen looked like nobody had been there The workmanship is outstanding.Chris is a craftsman. No corners are cut. Super friendly, professional man to work with.I can't recommend him highly enough.

We felt he was very professional and polite. We are chosing not to replace our center island at this point but may in the future. If and when we do we will definately call Mr. Bradley!

Cris got the callback because of my first experience with him. I called Cris about installing the bathroom vanity and according to his schedule he couldn't promise anything as he was booked until June sometime. I checked back with him a week later and he said that he was still busy but that he would call if he got an opening. It was just a few days later when Cris scheduled an appointment early in the morning to accommodate my schedule. He arrived at the appointed time of 730am, surveyed what he needed to do and got started immediately. Cris possesses excellent "people skills" and does great work at a reasonable price, I think. In another review someone mentioned that they felt comfortable with Cris working alone while they were not at the house. I have to say that I wouldn't hesitate to give him the key to our home if the situation presented itself...Although, not part of this job, I asked Cris to help me with some kitchen remodel planning to which he gave me some great suggestions. I found his suggestions to be very helpful. I plan to use him to install my kitchen cabinets when they arrive. Without reservation, I recommend Cris; you won't be disappointed.

Cristofir was a "Joy" to work with. He was punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable, HONEST and thorough . I have never considered leaving a contractor alone in my home. I did with Cristofir (even left him with the key to my home) with NO exception. The work was done with exceptional care to detail. He is soo respectful. He is the BEST contractor I've ever dealt with. There isn't a close second. I highly recommend him. You will not be dissatisfied...

This was simply an excellent experience working with Cris. He responded promptly to my initial phone call. He came to my home, carefully listened to what I wanted custom built and took it upon himself to ask the appropriate questions to ensure his understanding. His attention to detail was first-class. He provided me an accurate, carefully prepared drawing of my piece, then came to my home a second time to review the drawing, confirm measurements and make sure I was satisfied per-construction. He took about two months to build the piece to perfection. He even took the time to put the piece together in his workshop to ensure it was correct and ensure his installation would go flawlessly on site. I now have a high quality, custom bookcase that looks like it has been in my older home for years. Well done...I could not be happier. Cris works start to finish on his own and believes he must do all the work himself to ensure top-quality. No question, you will receive top-quality product and service from Cris.

His quote was very high. It was not even close to what I wanted. He was cordial and accommodating. He came out when he said he would. He was friendly and he tried to work with me. It's basically a one-man company. He's probably worth the price, he's just out of my price range. He's not for those who are budget-contentious. He doesn't do email.
