This company is overpriced and haggle with you when you state you could purchase a new computer for what they are charging. Their quotes ranged from $581.75 to $638.47. Went down to approximately $300. They also DO NOT mention that their price DOES NOT include restoring the programs that were previously on your computer. When you complain, they say they need a username and password from when you first purchased the systems despite never mentioning this previously or asking for the needed information. They offered to install Libre on my computer. I sincerely wish I had not used this company. I suggest saving valuable time and going elsewhere unless you don’t need the previously existing programs reinstalled on your computer.

Toke it back Checked it out and.then told me it might be my WI Fi but that's not the problem because my WI Fi is on and c tablet is still locking up

These guys are really super. Last week I was approaching a deadline to turn in an important report at my work. I was almost done and my computer started acting up. I got the dreaded blue screen. I took it to Cooper Systems and they got right on it. Turned out I had viruses and a hard drive that was defective. They were able to save my data (including the report that took me hours to do) and put a new hard drive in my laptop. All this was done within a day! The price was very reasonable. The folks at Cooper were very friendly and informative. When I picked up the laptop they answered all my questions. I called back a few days later and their tech spent time with me on the phone to help me set up my wireless. I recommend this company, they're top notch.

The customer service people were friendly. After waiting to hear from them on the second day and learned they wanted a lot of money to clear my computer viruses, I had enough and took my business somewhere else. I never go back to Cooper Systems.
