Was told the clog couldnâ t be cleared and someone would contact me the next day for further inspection but no one called or came to my house. When I called to inquire about the matter I was told nothing was scheduled for my address and did I want to start another ticket. This company took my money and ran!

Worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Had a technician out to my rental property for service and requested that a leak be fixed on the upstairs bathroom. Technician came out, cut a large hole in the ceiling (which was left open) and subsequently stated that there was no plumbing leak. Advised me to call a roofer. I called a roofer to diagnose and repair a roof leak, and was told by the roofer that there was no roof leak. I then went to the home myself, discovered and repaired a plumbing leak, then had to patch the ceiling and paint. I called Conway services and requested that they waive the service fee, as I had not only now paid a roofer for an unnecessary visit, but also had to fix the plumbing issue the technician had missed myself. I was told that the service fee would be waived. Three months later, I received notification that I had been reported to the credit bureau for unpaid work fees and that legal action was being pursued (this was the first I had been notified of any issue whatsoever). This company will NEVER work on any home I own, personal or otherwise, and I will advise all others to steer clear.

The men that installed my system did a preferential job. They were very helpful in answering my questions . They also made me feel just like one of the guys. The world would be better if there were more people like us. We all bleed the same blood so with that being said please thank these will deserved men again for me. Great job guys!!!!!

Better be ready to take out a loan if you go with Conway! They also screwed up the job which left me a nice water stain on my ceiling that they are refusing to fix.

Conway will always be the ones I call when something needs to be repaired in my home they perform quality work. The people they hire are polite and very knowledgeable about the job. I had plumbing problems I called Conway , there plummers came out and I am very pleased with the work. Thank you Conway.

Conway gave me a written order for work that they didn't complete. The order was to install a new furnace and have their associate install sheetrock in the furnace and hot water closet, this never got done. I should have had them install the sheetrock first and then I wouldn't have been left with the same problem that I started with. I have been left with the same problem again that I ended up from Sears. I don't understand how these big companies take advantage of people who are barely making ends meet.

Service Technician was very helpful in explaining about my air purifier system - that it had a lifetime warranty and was worth having to replace a very expensive bulb.
