Middle of the hot summer everyone is busy, I understand, but waiting four days for a service technician to come for repair was hard. I have always been impressed with Conway, but being their customer with 3 large purchases in the last 2 1/2 years, I was hoping for a little more â apart of the familyâ response. Still, all in all, I would recommend their professionalism and trusted service to everyone.
