We are dealing with customer service now. Per usual, it's awful. They gave me a time and date that they would be available. I set up my schedule so that I could meet them. Tonight we got a call asking us if the cable had come back on by itself. After I told him no, he told me that they had a date and time set up to meet me which was not the one that we had agreed to. No one will be there I told him. He said I needed to get back on the phone and wait until I could talk to someone to set up a new time. This happens every year. Seriously, 4th year in a row. On top of that, rarely do they fix it on the first visit. Almost always, they tell me that it requires a different group to fix it. The product is crap. The service is worse.

They missed my service appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for Sunday between 1-3 pm. I called them at 2:15 pm to make sure that they were going to be coming. They had taken it upon themselves to change my appointment to Tuesday between 1-3 pm without telling me. I said that that didn't work for me, that I had scheduled for Sunday. They then tried to tell me that they could be out at my house between 5-7 pm. I said that wouldn't work because I had to go to church, that's why I scheduled it for 1-3 pm. They then told me that they could be at my house and done by 4: 30 pm so I could get to church. I agreed and they didn't show up! This is not the first time this has happened with my appointments with them. It's happened more than twice.

No one showed up and called back-person I talked to denied anything I had spent an hour on phone to arrange existed-offered less than had been provided before-declined as it would require a 2 year committment -want to change providers as soon as I find another internet provider

I had to talk to a couple of people before we could figure out what was wrong mainly because I did not know what to tell them all I knew is that the internet wasn't working but, in the end the problem was resolve a tech came out and fix the problem.
