+ -1 moreThe work performed was sloppy, over priced. Quoted one price and was charged and large amount for sloppy unprofessional work. The owner is not a honest business man. Do not trust this company.

+ -1 moreI called the office and setup an appointment the next day for a review of the project. I spent over an hour with ken on the project and what was associated and required. Ken was a great help in all details of the planning process. I also got a chance to look at some of ken's work to include his on home. I did not proceed with the project due to my on reasons but would recommend ken to anyone wanting the best pool man in TN to complete the work.
Description of Work: I received a estimate from Mr. Ranks (the owner) on getting a pool installed.

Description of Work: These folks just couldn't get it right. They're not unique in Memphis, though. They said they couldn't keep the chemicals balanced because of the valve system. They replaced the valves and still couldn't control the chemicals.

+ -1 moreWe use them every time we need something done with our pool because they are very quick to get out and always know what the problem is in minutes. If I have any questions they take the time to explain and answer anything.
Description of Work: When my the pump on my pool quit working, they installed a new one. It was still under warranty.
