+ -1 moreClarence Scott heating & Air Conditioning has worked for me on a few different occasions. He does good work and I would use him again, but I have had problems with him doing physical damage to my property and getting him to pay for it. You have to very carefully monitor him to make sure he does the job he is suppose to do and correctly. Sometimes he is also very unresponsive about finishing work he starts or taking care of things he has damaged. Another worker I hired to finish some of his work came in and said the work he had done was not up to code, so I had to have that investigated as well.
Description of Work: Clarence Scott Heating & Air Conditioning installed a 3 ton HVAC split system with natural gas appliances and ventilation ducting.

+ -1 moreClarence Scott does good work and it sometimes it is hard to get him to show up. Also recently his prices have gotten outrageous. I have been trying to get him to show up for over a month to finish his work and sometimes he will show up for an hour and then will quit. I am not very happy with him right now. Many times he will get calls for side jobs and will leave to do them instead of finishing my work. I think he does good work so i will keep using him.
