Caldwell Tile / Cole Caldwell

We got 3 bids from various tilers. Caldwell Tile (Cole Caldwell) was in the middle. We liked that Cole was punctual, open to working with new systems--like the Kerdi shower pan and waterproofing membrane--and worked with us on design and layout of certain tiles before setting them, offering opinions and solutions when we asked for his input. The entire process for these projects took about 16 days to complete, partially because we couldn't move all of the appliances out of the kitchen without removing doors and such, so he worked around these issues. Plus with tile work, you have to wait for base layers to set before you can move to the next. Once Cole started a project, he stayed on it until it was done. It's obvious we would hire Caldwell Tile again, because we repeatedly did! We have recommended him to friends, who have also been happy with his work.

Super! Superb! Outstanding! We all wish that our selection and dealings with all contractors went so well and were as satisfying as our experience with Mr. Cole Caldwell. From first contact to conclusion he was timely, realistic and forth coming with positive recommendations. Cole closely supervised his two grown sons as they carried out the demolition of the old shower and the removal of the debris. He made constructive recommendations for rebuilding the shower and how to trim out our selected tile to achieve the best effect. He rebuilt the shower from the bare studs out and laid finish tile, and left the site fully finished and clean after finishing on schedule. Cole arranged the plumber and recommended the glass fabricators and installers. All associated work was timely, professional and priced realistically.
