+ -1 moreCalled for an estimate, price was lower than others. Most places charge much more for simply looking at the computer. Based on what we told Allen, he felt sure the hard drive had crashed, so he gave us the prices of what that would consist of. He was very punctual, completed the repair in 48 hours. He installed a new hard drive and downloaded the programs we originally had. He was unable to recover any of the lost information we had so of course he did not charge for that. He was very pleasant and kept us informed along the way. Would dfinitly use him again.
