Description of Work: He called in response to my email on a weekend. I was impressed that he had me check out a couple of things before he came over (like the circuit breaker). I really appreciated that. |He came by Saturday with a part, but I told him the wrong manufacturer of my dryer, so he said he would come by Monday. He called each time before he came. He had the dryer fixed and I didn't even ask for my discount, he already had figured it in. |He knows what he is doing and is a kind, honest man.

Description of Work: My freezer fan motor had stopped working & I was losing food. Rick came the next day & repaired it, but 3-4 days later, it stopped again. He said it was the fan blade. This was on Friday afternoon & we had a couple of unfortunate issues in communication, but on Monday he changed the fan blade. Late that afternoon, the fan was making incredibly loud noises, so I called him again. He returned again on Tuesday morning, replaced everything, even put the decorative chrome piece across the bottom (which I couldn't get on), and everything is running smoothly again and the freezer and fridge are cold. He is reliable and he WILL get it right!

Description of Work: Refrigerator was not cooling or making ice. Required a new condensor. Did not have the part on first day. Came back and installed the part and the refrigerator works great now.

Description of Work: ice maker went out on fridge / he came out and looked at / reset all the settings / stated "let's wait and see if it starts working again; I will order an other icemaker just in case and call you in two days" / he called back and it had started working / his actions showed me he was honest and could be trusted / I've add is number to my address book and will use him in the future

Description of Work: The bake function of my stove stopped working. The repairman arrived exactly when he said he would. He quickly determined the problem and replaced the heating coil. The stove now works fine. I recommend this repair service highly.

Description of Work: I paid $59 for a diagnostic visit because my wall oven was not heating. Mr. Burns came promptly and said the cause was a broken wire in the back of the oven. He was able to repair it without removing the oven from the wall which was good. He also tightened the oven door. I was charged $90 in addition to the original charge.

Description of Work: Fixed refrigerator that other repair men stated would cost 300 dollars he fixed for 100

Description of Work: Went great. Took care of problem then tested for other things. Made sure all was well before leaving.
