Description of Work: Outside AC unit stopped functioning. Bob looked at the unit & gave us a couple options. We decided to replace the unit. He ordered it & installed the following day. Operated trouble free ever since. The down stairs unit acted up earlier this Summer, so we called Bob to take a look. He replaced a part & works fine.

Description of Work: Responded to a warranty call on unit he installed two years previously. Repaired shorted wires and installed two couplings on the condensate drains.
