They were punctual, quick, efficient, disposed of the old toilets and left the workspace as clean as they found it. + -1 moreIt took two calls to get the service scheduled; however, the plumber arrived promptly on the day of service. He was very polite and fixed the leaking faucet quickly. He had to leave to get a part and returned to complete the job. I've had no problems with my faucet or toilet constantly running since then.

We had used Bluff City Plumbing and Heating in the past, and being satisfied with their service, we called them again. They arrived on time and in less than an hour located the source of the (pinhole) leak and had it repaired. They were prompt, economical, and efficient. We will definitely call for any future needs. We were very pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Replaced a section of pipe behind a kitchen wall at the refrigerator area.

Description of Work: There was a line stopped up that was causing the drains in my bathroom to back up. There was no overflowing in the toilet yet, but that was coming next. I called on a Saturday to schedule them on Monday. I received a call Monday morning and they were there right after lunch. They are very accommodating and courteous.

+ -1 moreWe met with the plumbers and they were very good people. We had a real nice experience in dealing with them. They treated us with the utmost respect. We don't know exactly what their price was, but I bet it was very competitive. We paid one price for the entire installation. They did a great job. They actually came back out to show us how the pumps work. They answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Description of Work: Bluff City Plumbing & Heating hooked up all of the water pumps to the new 18 foot by 36 foot in ground swimming pool we had installed in our backyard.

+ -1 moreAs far as I can remember, everything went just fine. The company was very nice and treated me very well. I have no problems now and I have not had any at all in the time in between. Everything is o.k. and I guess I am pleased. As long as nothing goes wrong, I see no reason to complain at this time.

+ -1 moreI would never use them again. They did a poor job installing the pool heater and it still has not passed inspection. We had a major addition done at the same time and paid around $10,000 for the entire job. I am not sure what the price was for the pool heater, but it was included in the total amount. They were dishonest and very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreThey do excellent work and they are always very reliable. In fact, I just used them again recently for another job. They are hard working people, very prompt and courteous. I like that I can depend on them to get the job done right.
Description of Work: We had our very old house renovated. We used them to renovate 2 of the existing bathrooms and had them add a new bathroom. In one of the existing bathrooms, they completely re-did it by tearing all the old stuff out and installing all new fixtures and flooring. In the other existing bathroom, they just removed most of the fixtures, restored them and put them back in. We wanted to keep the old fixtures because they are antiques. The new bathroom they built is full sized and everything in it is brand new including all the fixtures and flooring.

+ -1 moreOur pool builder uses them all the time so they came highly recommended to us. I think they did a fine job as we have not had any gas leaks or any problems. We were not home when they did the work and I was a little surprised when I got the bill. It is around $20 a foot and I guess when I stopped and thought about it the line they ran was pretty long.
Description of Work: Bluff City Plumbing & Heating ran the underground gas lines out to our swimming pool heater and gas grill in my yard. They dug up about 40 feet of my lawn to do this.

+ -1 moreThe work was not done to the best of this company's ability. I was pretty much upset about the whole thing. I would not recommend them or use them again because they were unprofessional and very rude. I asked them to come back to fix some things and they refused that as well.
Description of Work: We have a 2,200 square foot home. This company re-did about half of the plumbing in our home. The first half was done by a different company. This included all of the pipes, showers, sinks, garbage disposal, outside taps, toilets, and bathtubs. There were seven leaks that had to be fixed from the previous plumber as well.

I am not sure of the price of the work because all of the monies were given to the contractor, and I would not like to disclose the total amount for the pool project. I really think they did a great job though.
Description of Work: We had a pool installed and had this company come and add a gas line so that the heater could be connected. The contractor hired this company to help them, and I am not sure the size of the pool.

We felt that if they were good enough for the pool company, then they were good enough for us. We were treated with great respect by the people we dealt with. Everyone was very friendly. They were right on time. They had no troubles with their part of the job.
Description of Work: Bluff City Plumbing & Heating installed the under ground gas pipes to the heater of our new in ground swimming pool. Most of the ditch lines were already dug out, they just had to lay the new pipes or tubing and install the new gas meter.

I feel that they did a great job installing it and knew what they were doing. I believe that this company was sub contracted by the original contractor so the cost was included in the $35000 I paid for the swimming pool.

+ -1 moreBluff City Plumbing was very professional and courteous. They were also very competent workers. They showed up on time and replaced the gaskets that needed replacing. I have them come out once a year and do a check on all of my plumbing. When things need done they let me know and we make an appointment to do it. Their prices are very comparable to other plumbing companies.
Description of Work: Bluff City Plumbing did some minor gasket repairs on my sink heads and shower heads in my home.
