Bartlett Computer Repair

Our compaint is against: Bartlett Computer Repair (901-552-4058) 8099 Stage Hills Blvd Bartlett, Tn. 38134(owned by same owners as in Arlington) My husband and I took our Dell computer in to get an estimate on repair. Several weeks later they contacted us and said they were not for sure what was wrong with the computer, but possibly it is the motherboard and if so it would probably cost more to repair it than to purchase a new computer. They said we would be happy to sell you a computer. We said we would get back with them. (The first complaint was they didn't know what was wrong with the computer.) We had a family emergency after that and our first priority at that time was to take care of my mother-n-law who passed away a couple of months later. Then we contacted them and they told us that they were not responsible for the computer after a certain amount of time. Then we said "well then give us our computer back." Their response was that they couldn't find the computer. we kept calling and they kept putting us off and stalling. Second complaint was that they couldn't find the computer.) After calling several times and waiting for an answer they said they would find a computer comprable to our old one. Of course this has not yet come to pass as of this day. (Third complaint was that they lied to us, the customer and said that they would give us something comprable to our old one and did not do what they said they would do.) This is not good business!........................................... ice
