+ -1 moreVery professional - figured out the problem but we needed to order and wait on a part, which we couldn't, unfortunately. But they wouldn't let me pay them even a service charge for their time. I would definitely call them again. They are awesome.
Description of Work: They came out to fix the door in a hurry and unfortunately didn't have the part. We couldn't wait and replaced it ourselves but theuy were awesome. They spent over an hour working on it trying to get it to work while we waited for a part. They refused to even charge us a all even for a visit since they didn't fix it due to the part and our need to speed.

+ -1 moreWhen I tried to use my garage door opener it would just run. I thought it was maybe stuck or something, but it wouldn't lift the door at all. I called Ballard Garage Door Services and they came right over. It took them about thirty minutes. They were very nice.
Description of Work: They repaired my garage door. They had to put a new link in the old chain because it broke.
