They are true perfectionists and I can honestly say will make sure you are very happy and satisfied with your investment no matter what. Bill truly impressed me and gain not only my trust but my respect when he wouldn’t allow me to waste money on stuff I didn’t need! It’s NEVER about the money with Bahama Pool & Patio but about the quality of the work and your happiness and satisfaction! His team help me capture something amazing and beautiful with remembrance of my late son, A Soldier. Super pools! at a lower price point than anyone else offered. They did some grading drainage and pool inst for us. Owner personally checked work and had workers and machine operator fix errors I did not notice preventing future problems. Very nice people.

I called on Thursday May 30, 2019 to speak to someone about replacing the liner on a pool that Bahama Pool and Patio originally installed. Amanda told me that someone would call soon. I did not receive a call from anyone from Bahama Pool and Patio that day, so I called again the next day- Friday May 31, 2019 and was again promised a call back. I never received a call back. Bahama Pool and Patio does such shoddy work that they only want new customers! They don't want to work on their own installs! I do NOT recommend this company! Horrible to deal with. BEWARE!

original meetings went very well. However we had to watch all the work very carefully. Had to call Bill (owner) several times about work on site not being done to specs. Town of Collierville inspectors had to come out several times with failing electrical work, finally this work was done to code. products used (ie fittings, pump valves,etc.) are the cheapest available. Pool did NOT pass final inspection. it took several weeks to get this done correctly. Luckily we had added IN WRITING, to our original contract the final balance due would not be paid until pool and decking past inspection. I believe this last money due was the only reason Bill continued to help us and answer our call. NOW-8 years later, we are replacing our liner and discover that instead of the cement mix/ vermiculite that was promised, only sand was used as the floor in the shallow end and floor and walls in the deep end. That is the reason we have had bumps and dents in our pool bottom all these years. Thru all of this and the years of pool maintenance we have discovered that Bill/ Bahama Pools did the bare minimum and used the least quality products he could. Do Not use this GUY!
