They left a huge trench down the middle of my yard. I don't know what they did with the dirt, but, there's none left to fill it with. I'm not capable of the work myself, so I guess I'll have to hire someone to come fill it in before I get sued for someone tripping in it.

Very prompt service. The service tech, John went over what he was going to do. Did the diagnostics test, once completed he explained to me what & why I was having problems...the big thing was I hadn't changed the filter in a while...how embarrassing...He had to do some additional work which he went over with me. Also pointed a problem I may have in the future. I'm very pleased with the service and I will use again.

I appreciate Automatic Air for their prompt attention to my heating issue. I called them at 8AM and had a pro scheduled for later in the day. I received a call when the technician was dispatched with an estimated arrival time. The technician arrived as scheduled and quickly discovered the problem. He returned within the hour with the part and completed the repair. I am thankful for Automatic Air and their dedicated staff.

Had our AC go put, and needed an emergency service. They were pretty busy, but after two other companies, Automatic was the only one that would come out same day. That time it was about a 2 hour wait. The guy that came was very nice, jumped right in, got it working immediately, and notified me of the repair I would need. I will say that the downside is I had to chase them for the follow up, and they don't communicate with you when and where the repair sits on the schedule. I waited a whole day until he was finally able to come fix it (the second visit).
