Very responsive and reactive to help troubleshoot the real problem

They did a fantastic job!! It was not an emergency but they were able to come out within a couple of hours. They had to get parts but were back within an hour. They made sure everything was up to code (this cost more but at least I'm legal). They got the permits and even arranged for the inspector to come out. They hauled away the old heater too. It was more expensive than I thought it would be but this wasn't a do it yourself project for me and I feel that the job was done professionally and timely.

However, my experience with Home Advisor was was unfriendly (Stephanie) confusing and unprofessional. I will not call them again.

Very expensive. They are going to get as much out of you as they can. There are more expensive companies out there. But honestly, $13 dollars of materials cost $489 to install. We will be doing all of our own plumbing from now on. We will never call another plumber again.
