I hired them last week to replace two twenty year old tank water heaters with a tankless. I was impressed with how they keep you in the loop via text, email or call during the whole process from the initial quote by Chris through installation. Chris did a nice job explaining the pros and cons of switching from tank to tankless. He also let me know about their AC maintenance plan they have and Iâ ll be switching to them this spring. Five star experience overall.

Over price, price was to high, no pluming was done; they just installed a washer and reset the toilet and they charged me $600. the invoice did not match the work that was done.

The diagnosis of the problem was done quickly. We are awaiting parts to complete the process.

I enjoyed the plumber that was sent to my home. He was on time, professional, excellent customer service skills, and knowledgeable. I somehow purchased the wrong faucet and he told me that he would re-schedule giving me time to return the faucet and purchase the correct one. Since I wanted the repair done that day and because I was extremely tired he explained how the faucet I purchased would work ,and how it would look WOW, it worked and my kitchen looks beautiful! Automatic Air Conditioning sent a plumber who arrived on time, did a thorough and professional job and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company.

The plumber arrived on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. He did not use any silicon or loctite so after 1 week the entire faucet is loose.

The two young men wore face protection and were personable and highly professional.
