Description of Work: Relative to many homes out there this one was relatively easy issue wise. Nonetheless the 18 page report was emailed to my CT residence within a day. I had a couple of nervous Nelly questions which he answered at days end.All issues mentioned were accompained by a photo which helped since I was 800 miles away.
