Description of Work: I called several companies and requested estimates. Ameripride is Prompt to respond and Great Customer Service seems to be their objective. Josh came to my home on time and also called to confirm the appointment, personally, prior to arriving, and inspected the roof. He is knowledgeable and honest. When the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof, Josh came and went over everything with him and even supplied the ladder. I haven't heard back from the insurance company yet, but when I do, I will call Ameripride Roofing USA to either do the repair work or replacement. I'd also like to add that many of the roofing companies do not repair, they only replace roofs- Ameripride does it all. I will submit a full report when work is done.

+ -1 moreI spoke to Tony on a regular basis prior to the replacement and he also came out when the insurance adjuster visited. Tony helped make the job go smoothly from start to finish! He made himself visible while the workers were there .
Description of Work: I called the company in April when I experienced major roof damage on April 4,2011. I got a call back the next day from Tony Dryden who stated he would come out and view my damage. He was the only company that offered to provide a temporary patch on the roof until I could get the work started. He was very informative and prompt, I was happy to give him my business and would recommend his company to everyone! He got the workers to remove the old roof and install the new one.
