Response from American Standard Foundation Repair
Mr. {Member's name removed}, First of all, I would like to apologize for any frustration that this communication with our company may have cuased. In speaking with our office assistant, Corey, he was able to provide the following timeline of our interaction since you first contacted us through Angie's List. On 9-26, you contacted us through the AL message board. There was no contact e-mail or phone number listed in order to reach you directly. On 9-30, Corey replied via AL asking for a direct e-mail or phone number in order to acquire more information about your home and agree on an appointment date/time. You replied with a phone number later that same day. On 10-2, Corey replied through AL and also called and spoke with you personally. you stated that you had been ill. It was agreed that he call back on Monday to see about your work schedule. You spoke via phone on Monday, 10-5, and you requested that we contact you after 10-26. This was notated on the Angie's List message board by Corey on 10-6. On 10-27 an attempt to contact you via the number we had on file was made. A message was left asking you to return our call. We did not receive a call back from you, nor did we receive any other communications through the AL webmail. I apologize that we have missed the opportunity to serve you, but we have made efforts to attempt to take care of your needs. If we may be of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at 901-624-7844 or you may call my cell phone directly at 901-825-3497 and I will make sure that things go smoothly for you. We appreciate your feedback! Respectfully Submitted, Jae R. Wells Owner American Standard Foundation Repair 901-825-3497 cell jae.wells@asfoundationrepair.com
