American Residential Services LLC

American Residential Services is really expensive. The people are nice, it's just the overall quote, I can't shoulder all the money right now. I think if we did it local, we could get a better price because it almost seemed like he was adding in the guy's travel time and if it was two or three days long, that's an extra 6, 7, 8 hours for each guy that we had to pay for. He said "that's the one of the best price I can quote you." I'm like "well, I'm just going to have to see what we can do." The guy called back, he was persistent enough to call back a few times and he's caring about everything that was going on but "I'm not going to spend that much with you guys when we can probably get something here local." He cehcked the duct work in the attic and looked at the units, I think he might have tested it, the unit is 22 years old. He was very nice and knew what he was talking about. I didn't like the charges. I would most likely stay local i the future.

I wish to complain against this company. I got it out of phone book which was a big mistake. They cleaned my drain, but it cost me an arm and a leg. They charged $29 for gas. This is not fair. The thing that I liked was they did the job in an hour's time. He was a nice man, but I did not like the price. The quality of work was good. He was very responsive and punctual. I would not use his services in the future.
