Description of Work: installed security door to front of house. We made appointment for 9:00am. 45 minutes later he still had not arrived and no phone call. I called him and he told me that he had forgotten our appointment. He said he would get here in 30 minutes, which he did. The door is beautiful and installation went fine and price was good. I just don't think 'forgetting the appointment' was very professional.
