Furnace stopped working after 5 months. Their prices are way too high.

The guys at Aloha are second to none. They are honest, dedicated, reliable and perhaps most importantly, excellent at what they do. I called on a Thursday evening, and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday. I knew that I would need to replace my system because it was just too small for my house, so it was no surprise when Michael recommended it. He then manually measured each room in my house and made recommendations on what size and SEER rating I should/could invest in and made sure that I understood my options. He then emailed me the model numbers for the units we discussed, and I researched them online before concluding that I agreed with his recommendations. The next Thursday, Scott and Mike installed the new unit, and they did not leave until it was up and running. It took them about 11 hours to completely remove my old a/c and furnace and install the new components. They returned the following afternoon to finish the duct work. It's nice and cool in my house now!

This guy is fantastic. He's honest and congenial. He does such good work and bears in mind the cost of the repair. He wants return customers even if it's just yearly maintenance. I've been using his services for two years. Last year my AC went out and in Memphis that's a nightmare. I called one company first who said the whole unit needed replaced for about $5000.00. I called his company for a second opinion and he fixed a broken wire and cleaned the unit for $200.00. I think a $4800.00 savings warrants a gold star and a halo! He also has 24 emergency service too!
