When my washing machine began making a grinding noise and stopped working, I checked Angie's List to find a reputable service person. I chose All Appliance Repair for no particular reason. I called them in the afternoon and they made an appointment for the following day. Because my elderly mother is at home, I asked that I be contacted at work so she'd know when they would come. They came through and I was able to tell her when he would be there and what his name was. He assessed the problem, called for my authorization to repair it, and finished the job. Although I hated to pay even $147 (which is reasonable), it's better than having to buy a new washing machine. The service man was neat and I could not even tell he'd been there -- except my washer was working!
Description of Work: Replace part on washing machine that controls movement of tub.

These guys were alright and they were very helpful, polite and professional. They figured out what my dryer needed to get it working again. They got it fixed right and save me from having to replace it. I thought that they were pretty good to me.

I had a very good experience with these guys. I called the manufacturer up and told them the problem and they were very upset with their product. They sent someone from All Appliance right away and they fixed the problem immediately. They had fast friendly service. My refrigerator was covered under the warranty.
Description of Work: They fixed my Maytag refrigerator because the relay switch was bad and it caught on fire.
