Description of Work: I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY SINCE 1978,THEY WIRED MY HOUSE FOR ALARM SYSTEM IN GERMANTOWN, AND MONITORED SERVICE. THE OWNER, MIKE HOLT, IS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER HIRED. I USED THE COMPANY WHEN I MOVED SOME YEARS BACK AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLING ALARM, PHONE SERVICE, CENTRAL VACUUM SYSTEM, AND TV JACKS IN MOST ROOMS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THE INSTALLATIONS. I STILL USE THEM TODAY FOR MONITORING AND WARRANTY WORK FOR THE ALARM SYSTEM. EVEN AFTER 35 YEARS, I CALL THEM WHEN NEW PRODUCTS I AM INTERESTED IN COME ON THE MARKET.

+ -1 moreThis is actually my second home with Alarm Alert. They have done great keeping me and my family safe. I have never had any problems of any sort with them at all. I plan to continue my monthly services with them forever if it is possible. As long as they are in business, I will be using them. They are pretty popular to the area.
