 + -1 moreThey were so knowledgeable, so helpful, and so smart. I was such in piece of mind when he left. I would highly recommend them. Even the secretary when i called them was extremely nice. They provided excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone. They came out to fix my furnace after the original company who installed it would not come out to fix it. I was without heat for one week and Al Britt went above and beyond what I expected and did not charge me the service call fee even when fixing an issue they had nothing had to do with.
