+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. I have used them for years servicing my other unit. I never felt pressured to replace it and never felt like they were just trying to sell me something. My upstairs unit would not keep my house cool at all in the hottest months in the summer despite the upstairs unit running constantly. After they replaced that unit my house can now cool down to 72 degrees in the hottest part of the summer (instead of 80+). Also I looked and last months bill was $60 higher last year than it was this year. Next month was my most expensive month last year. I can't wait until I see how much I save this year.
Description of Work: They replaced the outside part of my a/c unit. Whatever they had they added another 1/2 ton to.
