Description of Work: I called on a weekend afternoon and Mr. McCarter was at my home in an hour and got my Air going. He was honest and up front and showed me what the problem was and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I will defiantly call Air Pro for all my HVAC problems.

 + -1 moreWe first used them because of a neighbor's recommendation. They have always given us very quick and professional service even one time they came out on a Sunday to repair our AC, with no premium weekend charge. You could call them on a 100 degree day and tell them your AC is out and they'll be out right away. I like their good communication; after fixing our AC unit several times they recommended that we go ahead and install a new unit. They worked all day up until 10'clock at night to get our new unit installed as fast as possible. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any repairs.

My unit die during the hot summer and they were on the job same day that I called and a new air conditioning unit completed by the end of the day. Still running for the past 14 years and have not had a single problem to date. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreThey do an excellent job of keeping my air running problem free all year long. I really like everyone that they send out because they are so friendly and at the same time professional. They just make you feel comfortable having them in your house to do work.
Description of Work: I had them come check the air compressor and all the fluid levels in the air once a year.
