+ -1 moreRichard McCarter and his associate arrived in time and determined the exact cause of our AC units failure. They have given reasonable estimate to replace the fan motor and also talked with our home warranty company to help us file the claim. Very professional and friendly person to work with. They did verify and ensure all other components working fine before leaving. Will use their services again.
