They are wonderful. They're excellent. We have a service contract and you can have them out as many times as you need if you have a contract. I remember before we did that, it was reasonable. They often, if you have an a/c problem in this house, and it's hot, you want them out there fast and they would often come the same day. They're both professional and very courteous and very timely and very friendly and honest. I really think they're quite honest. Trustworthy would be the word. The quality of their work sticks out the most. I really feel strongly about them.

It took two calls to schedule and the part took two weeks to order. They said they could not install it while it was less than 32 degrees so it also took another week and two appointments to install.

Called two local providers after AC upstairs failed. The first provider quoted $2300 to replace a leaking A-Coil, and could not give an estimate on a complete replacement. Michael from AirMasters came out on a Saturday, took the time to offer a detailed explanation of the failure and my options. He quoted $500 less (about $1800) for the A-Coil replacement, but was also able to give an on the spot estimate for a complete replacement system, offering two brand names for potential replacements. After researching consumer reports for each brand, I chose one and called Michael, who then returned on Sunday afternoon to take measurements and complete the final paperwork. Michael was very professional, and patiently answered all of my questions, taking the time to explain technical aspects of the systems in lay terms.I scheduled the installation for Wednesday, the first day that I could get away from my own business to be on site. Today, Jennifer from AirMasters called me to let me know the crew was on the way. When Dale and Zach (?) arrived, they were very friendly and professional. They covered my entry way floor, installed a carpet protector on my stairs, and wore shoe covers. Both were in neat, clean uniforms. The complete system removal and installation took about 4 hours. When the job was complete, they invited me to inspect the unit, showed me their final quality checklist, and provided me contact information and a survey to complete next week to let them know how everything is going at that time. Before they left the installation team cleaned up and hauled off the old equipment; the only evidence left behind was a brand new, cool blowing central air unit. When I first called them last Saturday, Jennifer answered the phone, said the name of the company, and then asked, "How can I make you smile?" AirMasters did just that: made me smile. I called AirMasters out to my rental house in Bartlett TN to look at my upstairs AC unit and they came out the next day. They even coordinated with my realtor to get in the property and took care of the issue calling me for the ok once the problem was found. I used them last year to fix a different part on the AC and it was also the best price and detailed service.

They worked well with our renters and kept us informed the entire time. They were slightly more expensive than another quote but we were very happy with the cost and warranty (they were willing to put it in writing). They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. No issues at all. They pointed out things we could do and what we needed to do. Just what we wanted.

AirMasters contacted me to schedule the Spring inspection of my two units. The tech. (Jason) arrived on time and got right to work. He cleaned and inspected both units (a 3 hour process) and noted a couple of repairs that needed to be made. Jason could not find a vibration that was apparent to my myself and my wife. Another tech. was called in and the problem was identified and resolved. Throughout, phone and face to face interaction with AirMasters has been friendly and professional.. I will continue to use them for my heating and needs.

The technician sent was efficient and thorough. I will be signing up for their seasonal service 2x a year.

Air Masters scheduled me for an appointment between 12:00 and 2:00 on 11 Nov to work on my gas furnace. The technician arrived at 2:20. He replaced the thermocouple, but that did not fix the problem. He then replaced the gas control valve and that fixed the problem. The technician's work was excellent and professional. The cost of the replacement parts were over priced.

They changed the air-conditioning filter and did some extras too. Over all it was a good experience.

Initial brand we selected would not fit in our attic. Rep called before he ordered the equipment and gave us options. Worked out great. They fixed a problem we have had for over 20 years with uneven cooling through out house. Now all rooms cool evenly as they corrected problems with my air ducts in attic. The rep went through every minor detail. Installers were timely and professional. Showed us how to setup and use the new wifi thermostat. Passed city code inspection.

Overall it was good. Tech. was courteous, professional & knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem quickly & had part on truck. Replaced part & checked out entire system. Service fee was fair, however the part was extremely expensive. They offered all discounts available & saved me $100.

They were very good. They came out, they looked and told us exactly what we needed to do and they were in and out. They got the unit replaced very quickly and they cleaned up all the mess. They put down that sticky stuff on the carpet so that they would not get any dirt on them.

Overall experience with my twice a year maintenance visits as well as my replacement units has been excellent.

We like AirMasters very much and have used them for maintenance and repair since 2004. They installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in our home in 2006. We have renewed our maintenance contract with them each year. Their staff is the best - from Gavin in the office scheduling appointments to their service reps - they are all professional and friendly. They are always on time and call to say they are on the way!

They were wonderful and I would give them an excellent rating. It was completely covered under the warranty. They came the day I called and they completely honored the warranty. I feel like I can trust them. Their technicians are always very, very professional, very thorough and quick.

Quoted for $210 to charge R22 to my 3-ton Payne system. Confirmed twice from the call center. The service guy came and ask for $436 for charging. I would never recommend a company that gouges customers like this.

They came out on a maintenance agreement I have with them. They come out on 2 routine check ups per year. One for the a/c unit and one for the furnace. They have a 20% discount for any parts that need to be used to repair any job. In regards to the coil, it had 2 leaks. One leak could be repaired and one couldn't. So they recommended that we have it replaced. They are polite and punctual.

We have an older system that I have been having to top off with freon for a while. When my service technician came in he said it needed freon again. I asked how much freon and the cost and he quickly answered. I asked him if it seemed that the system had a leak and he looked at my record on his PDA and quickly told me how much was added in the last three visits. I asked how old the unit and again he looked at the record and said 10 years. After a brief discussion with my husband we decided to look into how much it would cost to get a new system installed. He called in and in just 2 hours a sales representative came by. He gave us a very good quote with a discount since we were Service Club members. We did not add the freon and instead put that money toward a new system that would be much more efficient. They will be installing the new system the last week of May. I am impressed with the company because I always have the same service technician. When I had to do repairs in the past I always get the same repairman. They are always prompt. They are always careful that the cat does not get in the attic.

They accepted the 25 $ coupon that I got from Angie’s List. Their price was reasonable. They showed up when they said they would. I would not use them again in the future as I have another warranty company.
