AFFORDABLE GLASS SVC

The handyman/owner showed up on time but he did not complete all the repairs he agreed to do. He missed several areas in the shower including the shower floor and did not do any repairs to the bathroom floor. Called the owner back to let him know he did not fix all the grout in the bathroom as he agreed to do. He told me that he had left the extra grout on the counter in the kitchen. I explained to him that he was hired to repair the grout and he needed to come back on site to complete the repairs. He proceeded to explain to me that he did not do any of the floors. I reminded him again that he did not complete the repairs that he agreed to do. He told me he would be out later in the evening to finish the repairs Waited 3 hours and he finally called back. It was around 8:00pm when he called. I explained to him it was too late to come to the house to finish the repairs he would need to come back the next day. He started to argue that he had complete all the repairs. I pointed out to him that he did not do any repairs to the bathroom floor or the shower floor. There was also missing grout on the shower walls. He started to get very argumentative about finishing the repairs stating that he had completed everything. I reminded him again specificially the shower floor. He finally agreed to come back to the house tomorrow night to finish the repairs. I will not be using this server for any future repairs
