Acuna Tree Svc

Acuna Tree Service was hired to clear a lot right next to our property. They accumulated quite a bit of branches, small tree trunks, etc....... it was literally a huge pile. Their solution was to burn the pile. The most obvious problem was the pile of debris for burning was in the middle of these woods. The problem is when they were done for the day they would leave the fire unattended with no one to monitor the fire to ensure it would not get out of hand. Out property was in direct view of this fire. the 2nd night, again not monitored, got out of hand. The fire jumped about 20-30 feet and caught a 30-40 dead tree on fire. The fire department had to be dispatched not once but twice to extinguished twice and even then it was not completely out. When questioning Victor the next day and asking why no one was monitoring the fire he became very indignant. He simply could not understand why we were upset. He used profanity and threatened me. Police were called. Terrible

Victor came out gave me a quote I agreed to it. When they came out the next day they started cutting my tree called me on the phone and said they couldn't do it for that price after a few words he agreed to do it for the original price. Some of my tree had fallen in my neighbor's yard due to the storm. My neighbor told Victor the owner of the tree service that he would keep the woods that had fallen in his yard. My neighbor had left for the evening Victor's crew continues to cut and drop limbs into my neighbor's yard. My neighbor had called me the next day asking if the tree service was going to return to remove all the brush that they have dropped in his yard. I called Victor he told me that he can send another crew out for an additional $400 to clean up my neighbor's yard. That was not the deal that I had with it Tree Service. Victor also told me that he had bent the bar on his big saw and could not finish taking down my tree he left me with a 14 foot very large stump and told me he would return to finish taking it down. Now Victor is not returning my calls or answering any of my text messages the company has already been paid. I would not recommend this company to anyone do not use them.

Victor and his crew arrived early and did a great job. I would definitely use them again if I need a tree removed.

Acuna was prompt, courteous and efficient. We will definitely use them again when we have tree issues.

The team wasn’t super timely. They came and gave a quote at a convenient time for me within 2 days, and performed the service less than a week later. Price was more than fair. He was super friendly and flexible for me. Totally recommend.

He showed up on time and got the job gone quickly and cleaned the yard completely.

He and his crew did an excellent job , they removed a Magnolia that was encroaching on my house as well as pruned several trees that made them look spectacular and allow enough light through them to help my grass grow. He knows best practices for tree removal and pruning , I definitely recommend him.

Did such a great job! They were on time and took such great care while working. They cleaned the area after work was performed. My trees look great and they take care of us every year!
