The installation went fine, however the system (in particular, the remote control devices) has not worked correctly since the installation. The customer service and follow up has been substandard. They have come out in the past when we call them to report another problem and have always "adjusted" something, but it never completely solves the problem. I called the company one Friday afternoon and the phone rang without response..no answer, no voice mail, no answering service, nothing. They are making an attempt to support us, but it requires multiple phone calls with no follow up to find out how the system is working. Customer service needs a great deal of work.

I OWN THE COMPANY THAT THE MEMBER HAS RATED. IN RESPONSE TO THE RATING: PRICE - WE PERFORM ONLY COMMERCIAL INSTALLATIONS & THIS PRICING SHOULD BE VERY CLOSE TO MARKET LEVEL; QUALITY - MY PARTNER WAS ON HER SITE 2 TO 3 TIMES TO INSPECT THE INSTALLATION, HE HAS 22+ YRS. EXP. IN ACCESS CONTROL, IT IS A "TIGHT & CLEAN INSTALL"; RESPONSIVENESS - I CANNOT DETERMINE IF THE PHONE JUST RANG ON & ON AS SHE INDICATES, BUT I HAVE DISPATCHED SERVICE STAFF MYSELF (INCLUDING MY PARTNER) TO REPAIR THE REMOTE CONTROL PROBLEM. PART OF THE ISSUE IS, & ITS NO FAULT TO ANYONE, WHEN WE GET A PROBLEM DESCRIPTION FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, IT COULD BE THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT A DIFFERENT DESCRIPTION. ALSO, THE PROBLEM WOULD NOT EXIST EVERYTIME WE GOT TO THE SITE. IT WAS AN INTERMITTENT ISSUE AT BEST - DIFFERENT TIMES OF DAY WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE. PUNCTUALITY: SOMETIMES WE WERE THERE VERY FAST. OTHER TIMES NOT AS FAST. ITS AN ISSUE OF MULTIPLE REPAIR CREWS BEING AT OTHER LOCATIONS NOT CLOSE TO HER SITE. PROFESSIONALISM: I DON'T KNOW HER DEFINITION. WE INSTALLED, CLEANED OUR SITE, TRIED TO NOT DISRUPT HER BUSINESS & DID RESPOND TO THE SERVICE REQUESTS - NOT EXACTLY SURE ON THIS ONE. I CAN TELL YOU THAT WE DID (YES, AFTER MULTIPLE VISITS TO THE SITE & NO I'M NOT SURE WAY WE COULDN'T REPAIR IT THE FIRST TIME) FIND THE PROBLEM & REPAIRED A DOOR STRIKE THAT WOULD, EVERY NOW & THEN, NOT LET THE DOOR RELEASE WHEN ACTIVATED.
